        Azerbaijani serviceman killed in Russia

        Baku – APA. One was killed, several injured in the incident occurred in the Russian Army.

        The incident happened at the 104th regiment of 76th Pskov landing assault division, APA reports quoting Pskov information agency.

        One of the servicemen reportedly killed the other one as because of dispute, two more servicemen received stab wounds. They were on active duty in the armed forces.

        Soldier who killed his fellow soldier said going to sleep after the incident.

        One of the sources reports that killed soldier is of Azerbaijani origin. He was drafted from Nizhny Novgorod. Though the dispute among soldiers supposedly occur on a national basis, 76th division commander Alexei Naumets refuted it.

            Lol I just found out that those TOS-1 MLRS' have only a range of like, 3km, 6km if upgraded. Grad has more than that...No wonder Russia stopped making them.

            This wikipage says we ordered Uragan, I had no idea, but it doesnt provide a source for any of the operators of the weapon.

                Someone please explain to me why Armenia does not do this with the BMP-1s???

                    No, apparently its with Russia. And we have not seen anything further on that except an article from a couple of Russian websites and Russian TV. I am not going to fully believe anything until I see it. The upgrades Hyefighter talked about were discontinued years ago.

                      Armenia Police Force conducts exercises

                      The Police Force of Armenia carried out professional and tactical exercises on Friday in Metsamor city, in the area of the nuclear power plant.

                      Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan also was on hand to follow the drills.

                      The objective of the exercises was to detect and neutralize the sabotage and intelligence teams of a potential adversary.

                      The drills were conducted with success.

                      Subsequently, the Chief of Police toured the police unit which carries out security at the nuclear plant. Gasparyan gave a positive assessment to the level of execution of the professional and tactical tasks.

                      In addition, awards were presented to the Police Force servicemen who stood out during the exercises.
                      The objective of the drills was to detect and neutralize the sabotage and intelligence teams of a potential adversary…
