        15 according to this:

"The decree followed an August upsurge in fighting around Karabakh, which left at least 15 Azerbaijani soldiers dead. A Baku-based non-governmental organization monitoring army deaths, Doktrina, reportedly stopped issuing its regular reports at around the same time."

The Armenian military suffered two more casualties and claimed to have killed at least three Azerbaijani soldiers early on Friday in what appears to be a further escalation of fighting in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.

We need some type of remote sentry weaponry so that our troops could bee safe inside a compound and the sentrys could fire at the baboons

Agree with both. They're energy reserves were already dwindling and its been clear for a few years now that their system was not sustainable beyond the end of this decade. However, the oil prices have sped up the process from a few years to a few months. This is as strong as they're going to get. This is as wide as they can blow the military margin between themselves and us. It's downhill after this for them. Whether they can be sure its enough or not, it doesn't matter because they don't have another card to play.

Left flank Tavush and preempt southern Azeri strong holds.

This cannot go on without a full blow-out.
We might as well take some initiative.

The name of the game is not having a better score as far as the killed are concerned.

What kills me is that Azeris are doing what I have been suggesting that we do......they hold the element of a surprise attack (location, time, etc) and like mentioned most likely with night vision setup sending their most trained against a 17 year old Armenian soldier holding a stock AK at night....oh yea, we have cans on barbwire.
