Արցախյան գոյամարտում անհետ կորած ազատամարտիկների թիվը հասնում է 1000-ի, որոնցից 94-ի հնարավոր գերության մասին տվյալներ կան, եւ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում նրանց վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ։ Այս մասին այսօր`փետրվարի 23-ին, լրագրողներ հետ զրույցում ասաց «Անհայտ կորած ազատամարտիկների խորհուրդ» հ/կ նախագահ, Գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորածների հարցերով հանձնաժողովի անդամ Ռիմա Առաքելյանը` ավելացնելով, որ Ադրբեջանում գործող համանման հանձնաժողովը հայկական կողմի հետ համագործակցելու կամք չի դրսեւորում:

«94 հոգի հնարավոր գտնվածների մասին տեղեկություն կա, բայց հակառակորդի ոչ բարի կամքի դրսեւորման պատճառով մենք չենք կարողանում նրանց վերադարձնել: Հանձնաժողովին կից գործում է աշխատանքային խումբ, որը հայտնաբերման եւ տեղափոխման աշխատանքներ է տանում: Սակայն այդ 94-ի մասին որեւէ հստակ տվյալներ չկան: Մենք դեռ չենք կարողանում Ադրբեջանի հետ լեզու գտնել ոչ մի ձեւ: Հանձնաժողովը փորձում է Ադրբեջանում գործող համանաման հանձնաժողովի հետ աշխատել, բայց հնարավոր չէ նրանց հետ աշխատել»,-ասաց Ռիմա Առաքելյանը:

Ռիմա Առաքելյանի խոսքով` գերիներին վերադարձնելու միակ միջնորդը մնում է «Կարմիր Խաչը», որն էլ, ըստ նրա, շռայլ չէ իր խոստումներում:

«Կարմիր Խաչը խոստացել է օգնել, հույս ունենք, որ կօգնի, բայց նրանք մինչեւ գագաթնակետին չեն հասցնում, ոչինչ չեն անում»,- ասաց Առաքելյանը:

Անհետ կորած ազատամարտիկի մայր Սամարա Գրիգորյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ պետությունը կվերադարձնի բոլոր գերրիներին, կամ գոնե նրանց աճյունները:

«Հնարավոր չէ, որ որեւիցե հերոս կենդանի չլինի: Մենք հուսով ենք, որ գոնե մեկը կգա: Թող ովքեր կենդանի են, նրանց վերադարձնեն, ովքեր չկան, գոնե աճյունները բերեն»,- ասաց Սամարա Գրիգորյանը:

Նշենք, որ հունիսի 29-ը Հայաստանում պաշտոնապես նշվում է որպես անհետ կորած ազատամարտիկի օր: Արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակ հենց այդ օրն է Մարտակերտի մոտակայքում անհետ կորել առավել մեծ թվով` 75 ազատամարտիկ «Արաբո» ջոկատից։

So basically these are Armenian soldiers whom are going to serve and guard with the Russian soldiers on Armenia-Turkey and Armenia-Iran borders?

So basically these are Armenian soldiers whom are going to serve and guard with the Russian soldiers on Armenia-Turkey and Armenia-Iran borders?

I believe they do it jointly. Something like every other guard is Armenian, and it's always been like as far as I know

ՀՀ պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարին ուղեկցել են ՀՀ ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետի առաջին տեղակալ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Էնրիկո Ապրիամովը, ՀՀ ՊՆ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Գառնիկ Հայրապետյանը, բարձրաստիճան մի շարք զինվորականներ և քաղաքացիական հատուկ ծառայողներ:
Աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը եղել է զորամասերի տեխնիկական և թիկունքային ապահովման ստորաբաժանումներում, սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի պահպանման ու նորոգման բազաներում, հետևել է ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին:
Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը հրամկազմի հետ քննարկել է նաև առկա խնդիրները, թիկունքային ապահովման արդյունավետության բարձրացման հետագա անելիքները:
Պաշտպանության նախարարին են ներկայացվել զորամասերի բարեկարգմանն ուղղված կապիտալ շինարարական աշխատանքները, մի շարք օժանդակ շինությունների վերակառուցման ընթացիկ և հեռանկարային ծրագրերն ու դրանց շահագործման վերջնաժամկետները:
Այցի շրջանակում Սեյրան Օհանյանը եղել է նաև զինվորական հոսպիտալներից մեկում, տեղում ծանոթացել է բժշկական սարքավորումներով հագեցվածությանը, զրուցել է հոսպիտալի բուժանձնակազմի և բուժվող զինծառայողների հետ՝ վերջիններիս մաղթելով շուտափույթ ապաքինում:
Շրջայցի ավարտին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը ներկա է գտնվել Գուգարաց թեմի առաջնորդարանում Զորավար Անդրանիկի ծննդյան 150-ամյակի կապակցությամբ կազմակերպված հանդիսավոր միջոցառմանը:

YEREVAN. – Armenia's Defense Ministry is actively working with IT companies, Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said in the parliament.

The Ministry attaches importance to the use of innovative solutions and highly qualified staff.

ARMENIA MUST OFFICIALLY RESPOND TO US CALLS -LARISA ALAVERDYAN

Now that the relations between the West, particularly the United
States, and Russia are strained space exploration and Nagorno-Karabakh
(Artsakh) are the only areas of bilateral cooperation, Larisa
Alaverdyan, Executive Director of the Foundation against the Violation
of Law, told reporters on Tuesday as she commented on the US Department
of State's call to the Armenian side "return the two prisoners to
the Government of Azerbaijan."

According to Ms Alaverdyan, the US is not going to reject its parity
policy.

"The United States is closely following the format of the Madrid
principles," she said.

Despite criticism, the OSCE Minsk Group remains the key factor
preventing large-scale activities. In response, Azerbaijan commits
acts of sabotage.

"I think that society is expecting an official response. After all,
the United States has made a proposal that needs to be answered. No
matter how weak we are within, we are on the frontline of another
confrontation between civilizations," Ms Alaverdyan said.

The United State is urging Armenia to make "a humanitarian gesture"
because it expects Armenia to make such a gesture. On the other hand,
the US does not urge Azerbaijan to do the same because it does not
expect Azerbaijan to do it.

"I think we must specify the saboteurs' status and which points of the
relevant international convention allow their transfer to Azerbaijan
and whether it will be viewed as return of a hostage or extradition
of a prisoner," Ms Alaverdyan.
