ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովն ընդունեց «ՀՀ Ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի մասին» օրենքը

Այսօր՝ մարտի 25-ին, ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում 104 կողմ (2 դեմ, 6 ձեռնպահ) ձայներով երրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունվել է «ՀՀ ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի մասին» օրենքը, որը կարգավորում է Հայաստանում ռազմական արդյունաբերության գործունեությունը:

Ազգային ժողովի ընդունումից հետո այն ներկայացվում է ՀՀ նախագահի ստորագրմանը, որից հետո մտնում է ուժի մեջ:

«ՀՀ Ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի մասին» օրենքի նպատակը ոլորտի զարգացման համար կայուն հիմքի ստեղծումը, ՀՀ ԶՈւ և այլ զորքերի սպառազինության մատակարարումների պետական ծրագրերի իրականացումն է: Օրենքով կարգավորվում են սպառազինության, ռազմական տեխնիկայի, ռազմամթերքի, ռազմատեխնիկական միջոցների մշակման, արդիականացման, արտադրության, վերականգման, նորոգման, ծառայությունների մատուցման և սպասարկման աշխատանքները:

Այսօր` ժամը 09:40-ի սահմաններում, Ստեփանակերտի կենտրոնական զինվորական հոսպիտալում մահացել է մարտի 19-ին հակառակորդի հատուկ նշանակության ուժեղացված խմբին դիմակայելու ժամանակ ծանր վիրավորված ՊԲ զինծառայող, 1995թ. ծնված Սամվել Սասունի Հակոբյանը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՊԲ մամուլի ծառայությունը:

Պաշտպանության բանակը կիսում է ծանր կորստյան վիշտը և իր զորակցությունը հայտնում մահացած զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամներին, հարազատներին և ծառայակիցներին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 19-ին հակառակորդի հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատի ուժեղացված խումբը հարձակվել էր Արցախի հյուսիսային (Գյուլիստանի) ուղղությամբ տեղակայված դիրքերի վրա։ 2 ժամ տևած մարտում արիաբար զոհվել էր ՊԲ 3 զինծառայող, ևս 4 զինծառայող վիրավորվել էր: Թշնամու խումբը հետապնդվել և ամբողջությամբ ոչնչացվել էր իրենց դիրքերի մատույցներում։

An Armenian company in Armenia was designing detection devices to be used on the border and warn us of enemy approaching. Anyone know if anything came of that device?

Mothers of the Armenians: “Accusing a soldier family of the murders, suicides and violence in the army is the popular method of Armenia's Defense Ministry"

Baku. Aga Jafarli – APA. Parents of the deceased servicemen have today staged a protest outside the Presidential Administration of Armenia.

APA reports quoting Armenian media that the protestors chanted slogans against Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and required to disclose the cause of their children’s death.

The parents of the soldiers expressed their anger for Armenian soldier Andranik Grigoryan’s family and parents being accused of that he voluntarily crossed to the Azerbaijani side. They urged Ohanyan to create discipline in the army, eliminate the chaos and provide the soldiers with food and clothing.

Irina Ghazaryan, who lost her child under non-combat condition, said that accusing a soldier family of the murders, suicides and violence in the army is the popular method of Armenia's Defense Ministry. “A soldier family is guilty for the murders and violence. Why didn’t Grigoryan cross to Azerbaijan before his military service? Why did he take such a step while serving in the army? If the Ministry of Defense really thinks so, why don’t they check a draftee’s family situation in advance?"

Irina Ghazaryan said that anyhow Grigoryan’s family is in a difficult situation now and Ohanyan further complicates their situation with this statement of him.

Nana Muradyan spoke about the murder of Artak Nazaryan: “We have not forgotten that incident. He was a lieutenant; however he wasn’t protected with it. His case wasn’t investigated fairly and we do not know the cause of his death yet.”

You know, this type of propaganda doesn't bother me much. In fact, i find it quite comforting...it's a blessing to have an enemy who feeds its soldiers the thought of a weak enemy...the moment these soldier, who have been prepared mentally that they will face a weak army, meet our soldiers in real battle...the impact on their morale will be significant. This is exactly how israel lost the 2006 war with hezbollah..for years they had fed themselves up with theories of tbeir superiority...they ended up losing against a militia that despite being well trained was significantly less well equipped.

Except that Israel has a strong army and azerbaijan has a sheep farm.
