I know this is military forum but here's how Azeris hide their ugliness which can also be referred to their mitary,they pose they are all that but here's the truth,i wonder how wonerable they actually are in military that they hide with fantasy parades and such,found it in anti panturkist Persian page btw

I would say these are the victims of trickle down economics ideology.

The oil wealth has not managed to reached them yet.

Probably never will, until the revolution.

No in the background you can see oil rigs, meaning its outskirts of Baku
from what I understand the IDPs who still haven't been given permanent housing are in the territories adjacent to Artsakh in western Azerbaijan.

YEREVAN. – The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, on Monday received Major General Vladimir Usitnov, the new Commander of the 102nd Russian Military Base in Gyumri, Armenia.

The minister, congratulating Ustinov on the new responsibilities he has assumed, wished him ever more success in his military service in Armenia, and assured that Armenian-Russian strategic cooperation will further develop and strengthen.

On the same day, Major General Vladimir Usitnov was also received by the chief of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov.
