One of the lines says that if the K-3 is tested and performs well, it will become standard issue assault rifle for our military by 2015. Maybe that's why we constantly see them in the production presentations. Also i hope that those 10 T-90 and 8 SU -25 purchase are real.

YEREVAN. – Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan will participate in the May 9 parade in Red Square of Moscow as an honorary guest at the invitation of his Russian counterpart Sergey Shoygu.

The parade will mark seventieth anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

EU ready to consider new agreement with Armenia: Council chair
3 members of the European Unions’ Eastern Partnership (Azerbaijan, Armenia and Belarus) must take the opportunity extended by the initiative to develop a mutually beneficial cooperation, Latvian Foreign Minister, the EU Council chairman Edgars Rinkevics said, according to Interfax.by.

“We also seek to assist the countries not yet affiliated with the WTO in joining the organization. WTO membership will open up a range of new opportunities for the countries in question.”

“With Azerbaijan, EU can renew a dialogue on new terms of cooperation in the sectors of economy and free trade. With Belarus, a more structured and regular dialogue could be started. With Armenia, the EU is ready to consider a new agreement,” Rinkevics said.

Specific interests of these countries should be taken into account here, to be included into the statement of the Eastern Partnership summit in Riga, he concluded.

The Eastern Partnership summit in Riga is due on May 21-22.

Guys as expected there's not gonna be a parade this year right? I mean where are the photos and videos of the trainings? Even the president is outside the country...it appears it's just gonna be some russian soldiers marching or smthn..

In any case, any idea what time will these ceremonies take place?

Armenian soldiers will march in Moscow for May 9 parade, usually happens around 9-10 am Moscow time.

In Gyumri there might be a little parade, don't know the time.
