It is a dilemma for Azerbaijan with oil declining and economy in shambles year by year.....and they know they can always start the war with Artsakh to remain in power however they are facing a well trained angry determined and brave Armenians that it could backfire on them and coup Baku.

Even cowards must make a choice......my advise to Azeri soldiers (especially the minority) to not fight when the time comes and surrender, unless they want to get cut down by oiur SFs.

As our D.M said 'Azeri are in a coma' always thinking 50/50 they talk to themselves and ask this 'what if' 'what if we attack and get fkd again' this is how they think.

Baku. Agha Jafarli – APA. Recent Armenian media reports that the Azerbaijani side allegedly refused to lead the OSCE observer mission to its frontline during the monitoring conducted on the line of contact near Garadagli village of Agdam district on June 5 are false, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told APA.

Given the long experience of observers conducting such monitoring, as well as the fact that they know the terrain, it would be impossible to lead them to another place, ignoring predetermined coordinates, the defense ministry said.

The ministry stated that Armenia tries to involve international organizations in its provocations through false information aimed at casting a shadow over the OSCE observers.

The defense ministry also noted that no incident occurred during monitoring of contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani troops on June 5 and observers (Hristo Hristov and Peter Swedberg) expressed gratitude to the Azerbaijani side for creating conditions for them to carry out their mission.

The Armenian side hindered conducting monitoring on the contact line on January 14 and 29, the ministry added.

Good explanation about DU (depleted Uranium). Yes, they are used against armoured vehicles like tanks and APCs. The Americans used them in Iraq.

Nuclear shells, on the other hand, are atomic bombs similar to the ones American bombers dropped on Japan (Hiroshima and Nagasaki). The only difference is the delivery method (artillery vs airplanes). Since world war II, nuclear weapons technology has progressed. Modern nuclear devices are not huge anymore. A small tactical nuclear device can be placed in a 152mm artillery shell and can destroy a whole city.

Regarding the posession of nuclear devices by Armenia. I have heard many rumours such as:

-We have inherited some ex-Soviet tactical atomic warheads.
-We have enriched Uranium from the Medzamor plant and produced our own devices.
-We are puting nuclear waste generated in the Medzamor atomic plant inside some of our missiles. In this case, there will be no explosion, just the spilled radioactive material will contaminate the area the missile falls on and make it hazardous for people living there.

You can believe in whatever you want.

I mentioned before that if Armenians can't live in Armenia that means no turk mongrol can live on our ancient lands and here i go reading this and quoted this from years ago.

Stop this stupid talk about who is ready to attack. We will know when to attack if a war breaks out. It depends from us and azeris.
Go back to history and learn what and how things happened in fiew hundred years. How ottoman army created such a fear in other populations that as soon as anybody heard that yenicheris were coming they started banging themselfs in their heads with panic.
How entire towns would run to mountains or just leave the area or prepare to hand themselfs and their families to the mercy of Turks.
Turks are coming.
That is why Byron had put "everywhere ash and destruction. Turk has passed from here".
That is how they conquered. That is how we let them conquer us.
What is different now? Table has turned. That turn started from Van, Sardarabad and ended in Artsakh war. We must keep this with all our strength.
We must keep Azeris in fear.
Everything will depend from how we stand and fight.
You know when it started actually?
I know some of you will hate me for this.
It started when we learned from Russians how to stand and fight against Turks and anybody.
For 2 centuries now we volunteered or were drafted into czar's, soviet unions armies.
Before that we always had heroes like Mekitar Sbarabed or many many others.
But our national mentality was of non cohesiveness, non resolute and non unified in any idea, especially in defense. We run first, sold out our leaders and heroes. Did not want to die for one another.
But many times that we stood with Russians shoulder to shoulder, we also learned.
There were over 500000 veterans returning from great patriotic war in 1945 that were hardened in battlefields. The only thing they knew was to stand and fight to the end. They were part of armies that broke Germany's back. The back of the most powerful army world had seen.
Who's Turk?
They came back and raised generation that was different than what we had in thousand years.
We must remember this. Understand how and why we will fight.
I had a closest friends father that fought as a tank gunner from 1 st day of war to the last( with burn marks all over his chest from aiming and shooting the T34's hot gun), that also served 5 years in prison for executing a German in Berlin after this Guy threw a bone at his table in a restaurant. Paruir dzadza. God bless his soul. He would sit and tell the stories. He tought us to be fearless. Put our feet on ground in everything in life and never back up.
My grandparents, in turn, were survivors of genocide. Broken hearted and fearfull for the lives of their children all the time.
Without their knowledge and unintentionally they transferred some of their fears into us. This is how our nation was for the past 500 years.
This is how our diaspora still is.
That is why I argue with Gevz. Do not question diasporan's patriotism. See the difference in mentality.
Anyway. As long as our army keeps the traditions of Their victorious fathers and grandfathers and never falls into mental fear traps that Turks from both sides try to instill in us by show of great arms purchases and superiority in arms race, we do not have to worry. We've got all that's needed for victory.
From Russians we need to keep turkey out.
Azeris, we will manage just fine.
Sometimes when I see people in forums start to discuss and compare point by point our and Azeri armaments and acquisitions, it is abvious that is what exactly they want for us to talk what they bought, what we have. Immerse our selfs in empty comparisons and guessing.
That will make forget what is out of comparison and the most important factor.
When we sit And talk flat about each screw and nut we have versus Azeris, it will make us loose focus of most important things that we have and they don't.
At the end, we might become fearfull of them.
You guys start by wishing that our army had mig 29s T90s etc... Soon you cannot imagine victory without that xxxx.

That post was written in 2008.

Events have moved on and there is much better understanding of the forces in play as well as contributor awareness of the dynamics.

Exceptions are what the officials hide and the occasional jumped up contributor who thinks he knows everything when in reality knows fk-all.

Zoravar prudently also said “You can believe in whatever you want.”

I would say all precautions have been taken specially by the Russians for no such event ever happens, certainly not under their noses.
