    Yes, RIP.
    I don't know more than what's written.
    One possibility is ... He left his post (where he was assigned to be) and did or tried to do what SF is tasked to do and got his self killed.
    From what's written, that's how I can make any sense of what's said. Can't think of nothin else that fits.

                  Serzh Sargsyan and Nikolay Bordyuzha discuss issues over Armenia’s coming presidency of CSTO

                  YEREVAN, AUGUST 20, ARMENPRESS. The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan received the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolai Bordyuzha on August 20, who paid a working visit to Armenia.

                  As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the Presidential Staff of the Republic of Armenia, the Secretary General of the CSTO reported about the preparatory works of the session that is to be held in Dushanbe in Autumn to the President of Armenia. Issues over Armenia’s coming presidency of the CSTO were also discussed.

                    Armenian units to participate in ‘Interaction-2015’ drills of CSTO rapid response forces



                    More than 2,000 personnel and 200 pieces of military hardware from the rapid response forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organization will take part in upcoming joint drills in northwestern Russia, Commander of Russia's Airborne Forces Col. Gen. Vladimir Shamanov was reported as saying by Spuntniknew.com on Wednesday.

                    The Interaction-2015 exercises on August 24-28 will involve units from Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

                    "The smallest contingent – an airborne platoon — will be deployed by Tajikistan, while Russia will send the largest contingent – two airborne battalions or about 1,000 troops," Shamanov said.

                    He added that Russia would also deploy over 40 combat aircraft and helicopters.

                      YEREVAN. – Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan paid a working visit to the south-western section of the border on August 19-20.

                      In Agarak, the Minister participated in the opening ceremony of a building for the officers sponsored by the Defense Ministry.

                      During his meeting with the commanders, Minister Ohanyan discussed upcoming moves and tasks.
