If you slow the video down (with the gear on the bottom right hand side) to .25 speed you can see he grabs his side as he falls. The second one I am not so sure because the guy next to the main guy also hides at the same moment.

Actually the second one falls more like being hit. He falls sideway. Does not kneel or crouch, just falls sideway.
So there is two hits.
Also from sound, it looks big caliber. Sounds like 338 LM.

They were both hits......the first one looks like between 300meters to 400meters. The second hit seem to be closer to 500 meters.

Armenia National Security Service: Azerbaijan special service has no opportunity to find someone knowing Armenian language

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 17, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijani www.faktxeber.com online internet newspaper published another semi-literate and failed provocative information on October 16. This time the anti-Armenian propaganda of Azerbaijan organized a “sensational” information leakage that allegedly they have detected and published the official writ of Armenia National Security Service Director, Colonel-General Gorik Hakobyan addressed to the director of NKR National Security Service, Lieutenant-General Arshavir Gharamyan.

The announcement from the press service of Armenia National Security Service for “Armenpress” reads as follows,

“Even a pop up examination of the fake letter demonstrates the imbecility and illiteracy of the authors. First of all, a wrong formulation like “NKR National Security Chief” cannot be used in an official writ addressed to the Director of NKR National Security Service (Director of NKR National Security Service is the correct one).

The letter full of spelling and syntax errors and with wrong tense usage particularly mentions that the gross cease fire violation cases on Armenia-Azerbaijan border, death cases among soldiers, shelling of civilians and civilian facilities have caused panic as a result of which residents of bordering communities abandon their communities. Considering the unhealthy situation in the region, Director of Armenia National Security Service allegedly “orders” the Director of NKR National Security Service to conduct explanatory activities for the population and bring those igniting panic to responsibility.

It is clear for the citizens of the Republic of Armenia that the information published by Azerbaijani propaganda about panic or migration does not correspond to reality, but vice the versa, the latest demonstrations of aggression by the adversary consolidated our citizens further and reinforced their aspiration to defend their country.

Authoring such a letter the Azerbaijani propaganda took the desired for reality and misled their own citizens. Trying to boast for their ability to acquire and publish information of the special services of their adversary countries, they could not even write the text without spelling mistakes so that the reader would have no doubt of the reality of the letter. Azerbaijani special service has no ability to find someone with full knowledge of the Armenian language. And the fact that the Director of Armenia National Security Service orders the head of special service of an independent state is already an absurd.

Strictly condemning such behavior we advise the Azerbaijani wizards to rely on other foreign languages when publishing obviously faulse and illitarate information and once again urge the citizens of the Republic of Armenia to demonstrate vigilance against similiar provocations in Azerbaijani websites.

YEREVAN. – A delegation from the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia will travel to China.

The delegation, led by the First Deputy Minister of Defense, will participate in the Sixth Xiangshan Forum, the MOD press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The event is cosponsored by China Military Science Society (CMSS) and China Institute for International Strategic Studies (CIISS).

Serzh Sargsyan: Armenia’s engagement in international peacekeeping has gradually expanded



Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, who is in the United States of America to attend the 70th session of the UN General Assembly, has participated in the UN Summit on Peacekeeping Operations on 28 September in New York where he made an address, the press service of the Armenian president reports.
The address says:

“Dear Colleagues!
I thank President Obama for the initiative of this summit, which is of pivotal importance from the international security perspective.
Despite the immense efforts directed by the international community toward prevention of conflicts and their peaceful resolution, peace and security remain fragile and vulnerable.

I am glad to note that despite the present tensions on our borders, Armenia’s engagement in the area of international peacekeeping has gradually expanded both geography, and quantity, and qualitywise. Currently Armenia is already an active contributor to the international peace and security, and in the course of the preceding decade it accumulated considerable experience.
Since 2004 Armenian peacekeepers joined the operation in Kosovo, and later the same year – the one in Iraq. Since 2010 we have taken part in the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan. Since 2015 we have partaken in the Resolute Support Mission in that very country, and, as we have declared on numerous other occasions, we will stand there with our international partners until that mission is accomplished.

Last year we expanded our engagement with peacekeeping missions. Now we are also present in the UNIFIL mission that is stationed in Lebanon. Moreover, this July Armenia launched its participation in the MINUSMA peacekeeping mission in Mali. And, most recently, we have undertaken new commitments to develop appropriate skills to be provided in the course of our future participation in the UN peacekeeping operations such as a Role II medical hospital and training of associated personnel, as well as training of a company of EOD/C¬IED (Explosive Ordnance Disposal & Counter ¬Improvised Explosive Device) soldiers.

The U.S., Greece, Germany, as well as NATO structures and other member States have played pivotal role in the establishment and development of the Armenian peacekeeping capabilities, and I extend our special gratitude to them upon it.

Preservation of international peace and security is a primary responsibility for all, both great and smaller states, and peacekeeping is a major conduit to achieve that objective. Today we still need to take additional collective measures for its further consolidation. It is obvious that a peaceful and safe world may be secured solely by comprehensive, joint and careful measures to be taken.

I thank you”.

Peacekeeping soldiers are paid by their own Governments according to their own national rank and salary scale.
Countries volunteering uniformed personnel to peacekeeping operations are reimbursed by the UN at a standard rate,
approved by the General Assembly, of a little over US$1,028 per soldier per month.
