Azeri resident detained in border crossing attempt
A resident of the village of Ahkend in Tartar region of Azerbaijan, Shahlar Bayram oglu Abdullayev was arrested by Azerbaijani servicemen on the contact line, as he attempted to cross the border to the Armenian side, Moderator.az reports.

Abdullayev was reportedly “tired of the indifference of various instances, to whom he addressed the issue of having been wrongfully imposed a 33,000 manat-worth fine, so he tried to cross the border to the Armenian side. He was arrested halfway by local military and handed over to the district department of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of National Security.”

Azerbaijani civilians have reportedly been declared to have crossed or made attempts to cross the Armenian-Azerbaijani border to surrender to Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh Republic.

What happens to them when they successfully cross? Do we send them back?

I would say no unless they are soldiers or spies.......we could do exchanges. Some body parts may be missing.

Unlike Azerbaijan which tortures to death pretty much any Armenian or uses then for propaganda, Armenia usually just allows such individuals access to a third country, aka Georgia

The above quote is by one of the members of this forum.
If there is any wonder why I don't post much anymore , just read the above post.

To conduct oneself civilly is a weakness.

Yes folks , we lost because we conducted ourself decently (civilly).
It could have been better if we acted like a bunch of xxxxxxxs.
                      We missed the boat.

Those "civilizations" that were more successful than us (Hayastan) weren't "civilized" , (lol) , but rather the heartless murderes that run roughshod over this sorrowful world.
Does anyone think Britain is civilized ???
Even after reading their history ???

Just to make sure I got the above post straight ... The fault of the Armenians was we conducted ourselves civilly ????
