What was AN-124 Ruslan doing in Gyumri ?

Լրատվամիջոցներում հայտնված տեղեկություններն այն մասին, թե Ադրբեջանը ռուսական Ան-124 «Ռուսլան» օդանավին թույլ չի տվել թռիչք իրականացնել իր տարածքով, փորձագետների մոտ կասկածի տեղիք են տվել։

NEWS.am-ի քաջատեղյակ աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ տեղեկությունը եւ հրապարակված ձայնագրությունր արժանահավատ չեն առաջին հերթին այն պատճառով, որ Գյումրիի օդանավակայանը չի կարող ընդունել նման դասի օդանավեր։ Երեւանի «էրեբունի» օդային բազան ի վիճակի է նման թռիչքներ ընդունել, սակայն այնտեղ մեկ տարուց ավելի Ան-124 «Ռուսլան» օդանավեր չկան։

Ռուսական կողմից դեռեւս չի հաջողվել որեւէ մեկնաբանություն ստանալ։ mil_avia բլոգում հրապարակված տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Ադրբեջանն արգելել է Գյումրիի օդանավակայանից դուրս եկած Ան-124 «Ռուսլան» օդանավի թռիչքը իր տարածքով։ Արդյունքում օդանավը իբր թե ստիպված է եղել վերադառնալ Գյումրի։

2015 թ․ նոյեմբերի 18-ին, ժամը 13.30-ին ադրբեջանական կողմը ԼՂՀ-ին է հանձնել պայմանագրային զինծառայող, շարքային Անդրանիկ Արարատի Գրիգորյանին։

Ղարաբաղյան կողմին Գրիգորյանի հանձնումն իրականացվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում ԿԽՄԿ առաքելության միջնորդությամբ՝ Բաշ Քարվենդ բնակավայրի մոտ։

Ազատազրկման ընթացքում, ԿԽՄԿ-ն պարբերաբար այցելել է ռազմագերուն՝ դիտարկելու կալանավորման պայմանները, նրա հետ վերաբերմունքը եւ ապահովելու կապը ընտանիքի հետ: Գործելով որպես չեզոք միջնորդ եւ իր մանդատի համաձայն ԿԽՄԿ-ն աջակցել է այս գործողությանը ելնելով Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների վերադարձի որոշման հիման վրա եւ լիարժեք համագործակցելով բոլոր կողմերի հետ։

Մինչեւ վերադարձը ռազմագերին հավաստիացրել էր ԿԽՄԿ-ի աշխատակիցներին, որ վերադառնում է իր հոժար կամքով։ Հիմնվելով Ժնեւյան կոնվենցիաներով սահմանված իր մանդատին՝ ԿԽՄԿ-ն Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության հետ կապված տարածաշրջանում գործում է 1992 թ-ից ի վեր։

Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 22-ին՝ ժամը 13:50-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ արեւելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի մարտական դիրքից, զենք-զինամթերքը թողնելով մարտական հենակետում, հակառակորդի կողմն է անցելՊԲ զինծառայող, 1991թ. ծնված շարքային-պայմանագրային Անդրանիկ Արարատի Գրիգորյանը: Հաջորդ օրը ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները, խախտելով միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքը, տարածել էին նրա հետ «հարցազրույցը» եւ «սահմանն անցնելու» պահը։ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ն դա կեղծիք էր որակել։

Karabakh contract soldier who was caught by Azerbaijan last spring, who azerbaijan had "video proof" of crossing the front lines, who they had an interview discussing how terrible and weak armenia is, and how glorious azerbaijan and its supreme leader are, has been returned by azerbaijan to armenia. Very interesting to see what emerges now that he's returning, and it's very interesting that these bastards didn't hurt him considering they have tortured and killed ordinary citizens.

Why you say that Shant? did he cross the line of contact on purpose deserting........or was he just lost or under orders (I doubt).

Let's wait and see what information comes out before condemning him. I think if he was guilty, he wouldn't have chosen to come back. Also, no soldier in an Armenian uniform in their right mind would dessert to Azerbaijan knowing what was waiting for them there. There's no way any form of military bullying can ever amount to the very probable torture and death that awaits any Armenian soldier in Azerbaijan. Furthermore, he was a 24 year old contract soldier, not an 18 year old draftee, meaning he chose to do what he was doing knowing what the conditions were exactly before hand, therefore its so much more unlikely that he just couldn't do it anymore and was confused and scared. Finally, as pretty much everyone knows, the conditions described by him in the interview are not based on any sense of reality, only reaffirming the fact that he was forced to say the stuff he said.

None of that though really explains how he could have been "kidnapped", why he didn't have his weapons on him, or if he was kidnapped, why he was allowed back by Azerbaijan.

So that's why let's wait and see what comes out

Այցի հիմնական նպատակն է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրին ծանոթանալը, համագործակցության նոր եզրեր գտնելը՝ հետագայում համատեղ նոր ձեռնարկություններ ստեղծելու համար:

Այցի ընթացքում պատվիրակությունը ծանոթացավ ՀՀ մի շարք ռազմարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունների գործունեությանը, մասնավորապես՝ «Չարենցավանի հաստոցաշինական գործարան» ԲԲԸ, «Պատնեշ» ՓԲԸ, «Գառնի լեռ» ՓԲԸ, «ԵրՄՄԳՀԻ» ՓԲԸ և «ԼՏ Պիրկալ» ՓԲԸ:

YEREVAN. - President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, who is also the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, paid a working visit today to the northeastern defense positions of Armenia. Accompanied by Armenia’s Defense Minister and representatives of Armenia’s supreme command of the armed forces, the President toured the border military units, visited the defense positions and familiarized himself on the ground with the combat readiness of the armed forces and the current process of army building.

Sargsyan also attended the exhibition exercises with the participation of the second army formation subdivisions. He also listened to the report of the army formation commander on the current problematic issues. Apart from this, the President took part in the opening ceremony of a newly constructed canteen for soldiers.

The same day, Serzh Sargsyan paid a working visit to Katabakh.
