The villagers of Nardaran erect barricades

Hundreds of people gathered in the center of the village of Nardaran to condemn the police action that caused bloodshed in the village. Local residents expressed their anger and misunderstanding aggressive police, who broke into the sanctuary at the time of prayer, opened fire, seizing worshipers. "It was the first police opened fire on unarmed people trying to scare them.

Ռուսաստանյան «Զենքի համաշխարհային առևտրի վերլուծության կենտրոնի» (ЦАМТО) նոր հրապարակած զեկույցը հայտնում է նաև, որ Հայաստանը 2015-16 թթ. Ռուսաստանի օգնությամբ արդիականացնելու է զենիթահրթիռային իր Ս-125 համալիրները մինչև Ս-125 «Պեչորա-2Մ» մակարդակի։

Այս մասին համապատասխան պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք է բերվել 2013 թվականին։ Արդիականացման համար, ըստ վերլուծական կենտրոնի գնահատականի, Հայաստանը վճարելու է 60 մլն ամերիկյան դոլար։

Այն, որ Հայաստանն ունի Ս-125 «Պեչորա-2Մ» ԶՀՀ, առաջին անգամ հայտնի դարձավ Չարենցավանի հաստոցաշինական գործարանի մասին «Երկիր» հեռուստաընկերության ռեպորտաժից, որտեղ կադրում երևացել էր այդ համակարգի արձակման կայաններից մեկը։ Այս հանգամանքը հնարավորություն է տալիս ենթադրել, որ Ռուսաստանի աջակցությամբ Ս-125-երի արդիականացումն ամբողջությամբ կամ մասամբ կատարվում է Հայաստանում։

Նշենք, որ Ս-125-ի համեմատ Ս-125 «Պեչորա-2Մ»-ն ունի էապես ավելի բարձր մարտավարա-տեխնիկական հատկանիշներ։ Բարելավվել են բոլոր կարևորագույն հատկանիշները. հեռահարությունը, առավելագույն բարձրությունը, թիրախի խոցման հավանականությունը, խանգարումներից պաշտպանվածության աստիճանը ևն։

Ուշագրավ է նաև, որ վերջերս military-informant.com կայքը տեղեկացրել էր, որ Հայաստանը ձեռք է բերել նաև Ս-125-ի մեկ այլ՝ բելառուսական Ս-125 «Պեչորա-2ԲՄ» արդիականացումը, սակայն այդ կայքը միշտ չէ, որ հուսալի տեղեկություններ է տրամադրում, այդ պատճառով կսպասենք ավելի վստահելի աղբյուրների։

Հավելենք նաև, որ նույն զեկույցի հեղինակները պնդում են, որ Հայաստանն իր «Միլան» հակատանկային համալիրները 2012–13 թթ. գնել է Հունաստանից:

Ik they have been rebelling for ages, but thats because they virtually had no foreign support. What if Russia arms them to the teeth? Along with other nations

Iran has been giving them arms.....they are doing all they can to help Assad. Iranians have lost over 1000 soldiers in the conflict.
Now Russia comes in with guns blazing. Iran provides escort with their F-14s for the Russian bombers as much as they can.

Հայ-լիբանանյան ռազմական համագործակցության շրջանակներում նոյեմբերի 25-28-ին Լիբանանում գտնվող ՀՀ ՊՆ պաշտպանական քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Լեւոն Այվազյանը իր հանդիպումների ժամանակ քննարկել է ռազմական ոլորտի համագործակցության հեռանկարները:

ՊՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ այցի ընթացքում Լ.Այվազյանին ընդունել են Լիբանանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ Վալիդ Սալմենը, ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալ, բրիգադի գեներալ Մանուել Քիրեջյանը եւ այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձինք:

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Լիբանանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի միջեւ համագործակցության զարգացմանը եւ խորացմանը, տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակին վերաբերող եւ երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր:

Լիբանանյան կողմի հետ կայացած քննարկումների արդյունքում համաձայնեցվել եւ ստորագրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Լիբանանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի միջեւ ռազմական համագործակցության 2016 թվականի ծրագիրը:

Այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ ՊՆ պատվիրակությունը այցելել է նաեւ Լիբանանի ռազմաօդային ուժերի, հատուկ նշանակության եւ այլ ստորաբաժանումներ:

Foreign Minister refutes Azeri claims of Lavrov’s Karabakh proposal
Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian urged against presenting Baku’s stance on the Karabakh conflict as that of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs.

“The Armenian foreign policy chief refuted his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov’s claims, suggesting that Russia’s Sergey Lavrov had allegedly made some proposals concerning the Karabakh conflict settlement,” Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tigran Balayan said.

The Azeri side is confident that Lavrov “has stressed the need to concentrate on the withdrawal of the Armenian armed forces, return of displaced persons and establishing contacts between the Azerbaijani and Armenian communities of Nagorno Karabakh.”

“We can only express bewilderment the same way we did at the Riga Summit, where Azerbaijan declined the EU and Eastern Partnership-proposed formulation on the Karabakh conflict settlement, based on the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs’ well-known statements,” Nalbandian said.

Addressing the Eastern Partnership Foreign Ministers summit in Tbilisi, Nalbandian noted that the Co-chairs’ statements reflect all principles and elements of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. The Co-chairing countries – Russia, France and the United States - are confident that a selective approach to those principles and elements will hinder the conflict settlement process.

“There’s no need to present Azerbaijan’s approaches as the Co-chairs’ position,” Nalbandian said. “None of the proposals to Armenia that the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister is trying to attribute to the Russian foreign policy chief were made. I don't even think the latter has expressed such a view to the Azerbaijani side. There is no need to turn the actual situation upside down.”

Do the Iranians have F-15s.

I though they had only upgraded Phantoms.
