If we are to gullibly fall for every single Azerbaijani propaganda piece, I fear we are going to be our own worst enemy during the next war.

This is a great way to counter the baboons lies and propaganda but there is a downside.

Every time they come up with a lie and we do not respond in the same manner we will fall in the trap of being argued against, “the Armenians did not counter it as usual .... see we were correct.”

We need to work on our propaganda to be able to label them liars and unreliable news source not only for the benefit of our society but also in the wider news outlets.

We need to work on our propaganda to be able to label them liars and unreliable news source not only for the benefit of our society but also in the wider news outlets.

You're right that not everything deserves a response but I would say this is an exceptional case where a commander was personally named as having been killed and was an easy way to embarrass the Azeris. In most cases when dealing with Azeri propaganda that is at infantile levels, a simple denial is all that should be given.

We have been whining for a hundred years that Ararat and Western Armenia are ours, now when I see articles like these, I remember the people who told we can't handle NKR battle and should stop the war. These people should shut up for once and for all.

Indeed! There's no pleasing certain elements. Would they instead want the level of friendship between Russia and Turkey that exists between Azerbaijan and Turkey?, would that please them and eliminate the threat of turning Armenia into a battlefield scene?

There are sick elements within Armenia who actually believe that if we handover karabakh, that peace will ensue. Nevermind that the viability of Armenia as a state would be put under serious question without Artsakh.

In actuality, the level of Russian-Turkish ties, economic and otherwise, is so deep it is actually a serious cause for concern. Despite it all, Putin showed up to Yerevan on April 24, which is praiseworthy.

In actuality, as long as Russian-Turkish interests contradict each other, as long as they're tense, it serves Armenia well. In actuality, a Russian-Turkish war, coupled with internal unrest caused by Kurds, is the only way to liberate small portions of our homeland, at least Kars, Ardahan, Mount Ararat, and perhaps a small outlet to the black sea, a highly feasible scenario in case of Turkey turning into another Iraq or Syria.

If we keep giving answer to every false propaganda, then we risk falling into the trap of too much info that can be manipulated by the enemy and eventually regarded as simple equal propaganda.
The reports or disputing facts by our MOD should be only with undisputed facts.
Soon even Azeri population sees that so much crap by their government does not correspond to reality, because if according to Baku, the Armenian frontline should have collapsed long ago. But it seems it's getting stronger and stronger.
More lies and info risk the rise of more questions.
Example, moscow's response to all western crap since the start of Ukrainian fiasco. All the mainstream media in the west were putting up one powerful lie after another about Russia. But Russian propaganda in turn has been lot less but to the point with less but powerful info. Compared to 2 years ago, the public has turned into taking Russian news more seriously than from any western media.
Now if anything comes up, the world is waiting for news from Moscow, before giving any reaction.
By organizing big public PR against Russia, Syria and Iran that had more unsubstantiated facts and was extremely double standarded, the western media lost credibility big time.
We should act by this example.
Our diaspora should not initiate anything that falls into sphere of our government's PR. It should only help spreading whatever comes up from our government.

Հիշեցենեք, որ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին առաջնագծում՝ Ադրբեջանի Տերտերի շրջանի հատվածում, հայկական գնդակից սպանվել էր Ադրբեջանի բանակի ավագ լեյտենանտ, 1988 թ. ծնված Մոլլաև Աբդուլլա Մոլլա օղլուն (Mollayev Abdulla Molla oğlu), ևս 2 զինծառայող վիրավորվել էին:
