Azerbaijan orders ten AN-178 aircrafts

Ukrainian state-owned enterprise (SOE) "Antonov" has completed the assembly of the fuselage of the second prototype of the AN-178, Oxu.Az reports citing avianews.com.
At the moment, 40 orders for the AN-178 from Azerbaijan, China and Iraq have been received. Certification of aircraft is expected in late 2016.
The first flight of the AN-178 was operated on May 7, 2015. On the same day the company announced the signing of agreements for the supply of ten aircraft to Azerbaijan and two - to China.
