Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի համաձայան Ախալքալաքը միավորվում է Նինոծմինդայի հետ, որտեղ երկու տարբեր շրջաններ խորհրդարանում ներկայացված կլինեն միայն մեկ մեծամասնական պատգամավորով նախկին երկուսի փոխարեն, հաղորդում է «Ջավախք մեդիան»՝ հավելելով, որ այդ փոփոխություններով, տարբեր շրջաններ մեծամասնական ընտրատարածքով միացվում կամ էլ հակառակը բաժանվում են իրարից։

Նշվում է, որ կարծիք կա, որ ադրբեջանաբնակ Մառնեուլի շրջանը հակառակը մեկը բաժանում երկու ընտրատարածք են դարձնում:

Այս ամենից ելնելով հստակ կարելի է ասել, որ տվյալ օրինագիծը հակաժողովրդավարական է եւ հիմնականում ոտնահարում է Ջավախքի հայ ազգաբնակչության իրավունքները: Այս ամենից կարելի է նաեւ մի եզրակացություն անել եւս, որ Վրաստանի նոր իշխանություններն անտեսում են ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղարության ամենամյա զեկույցը, որտեղ կոչ էր արվում Վրաստանին ավելացնել ազգային փոքրամասնությունների թիվը երկրի խորհրդարանում, ինչպես նաեւ Եվրոպական միության բոլոր խորհրդատվությունները, որոնք վերաբերվում են ազգային փոքրամասնություններին եւ տվյալ խնդրին:

Նշենք, որ Վրաստանում ընտրական օրենսգիրքն ընդունվել է 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերին։

It's military terminology. The enemy positions are always occupied, not liberated
Only countries, territories or cities could be named liberated
