Yes, that's why Russian ruble has devaluated several times, and no Russia didn't absolutely burn through a tremendous amount of reserves to save it, which they let go at the end. Central bank is not Azerbaijan's main reserves, it's the oil fund which remained untouched until now.

Oil revenues are the main reason why Azerbaijan has managed to prolong the Karabakh war. Oil buys Azerbaijan more than weapons, it bought the ruling party stability at home and powerful lobbying abroad. Without oil, Azerbaijan will keep sliding.

You're right, Armenia does depend on Russia for a lot of things. But make no mistake, if Azerbaijan had no oil or means of buying heavy weaponry and political favors, Armenians wouldn't rely on Russia as much as they do today. Maybe with you knuckleheads busy saving your sinking ship Armenians can regain some sovereignty.

Now this is real hard training. Very hard and you gotta be strong to make it. They also must be at 10K altitude if not more. Your breathing becomes harder and concentration becomes very hard to keep. You need to know the snow, avalanche, keep to the road (if you can see it) and lean out the mixture of the carburetor on the trucks and lowered the tire pressures. We are talking survival and fighting the enemy at the same time.

                Well done.

You have to distinguish between living of an income and living off savings.

If you do not understand the difference you have lost the plot.

                    .
Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests
