If thats what they do to themselves imagine what they will do to us if captured or if we loose the war.........we will never loose the war against these baboons because our fight is justified while theirs is to seek murder. We got to fck them all up, shell shock we cut their balls. No more kids for you. We have to get more violent and aggressive (its not in our blood) in dealing with them. No Mercy!

If this was 1000 years ago there would be no azerbaijan left, but unfortunately now the west is with them. When the west is done destroying itself by importing their beloved islamofascists, maybe then we can really finish this problem once and for all.

More Russian Warplanes In Armenia Undergo ‘Capital Repairs’

At least five more Russian fighter jets and one military transport helicopter have arrived, ahead of schedule, at an airbase in Armenia after undergoing what the Russian military described as “capital repairs.”

Russia’s Southern Military District saidon January 5 that it will deploythe “new batch” of MiG-29 jets and a Mi-M8MT helicopter at Yerevan’s Erebuni airbase in the second half of this year. It announced on Saturday, however, that they have already been delivered to Erebuni.

A spokesman for the Russian military base headquartered in Gyumri, Andrey Dobrosmyslov, insisted on Monday the earlier-than-planned delivery was not connected with Russia’s mounting tensions with Turkey over the conflict in Syria.

The Russian troops in Armenia were put on combat alert earlier this month as part of their involvement in large-scale war games across southwestern Russia ordered by President Vladimir Putin. Some pro-government Russian pundits said the drills were part of Moscow’s efforts to discourage Turkey from direct military intervention in Syria.

Speaking to RFE/RL’s Armenian service (Azatutyun.am), Dobrosmyslov said that all Russian warplanes stationed in Armenia undergo repairs and maintenance in Russia on a regular basis. The latest deployment at Erebuni was therefore not extraordinary, he said.

The weekend statement by the Southern Military District said the latest arrivals included four MiG-29 fighter jets and an unspecified number of MiG-29S aircraft, their modernized version. It indicated that nine other MiG-29s were already on combat duty at Erebuni.

Dobrosmyslov would not say whether more Russian warplanes will be deployed in Armenia in the coming months. The Russian base in Armenia had 18 MiG-29s until recently, according to some media reports.

Russia reinforced the base in December with 13 combat helicopters deployed at Erebuni in line with a Russian-Armenian agreement reached in 2013.

Later in December, Moscow and Yerevan signed a new accord that upgraded their joint air-defense system protecting Armenia’s airspace.

Although the mig is quite capable, these migs sent are defensive. The number of extra choppers is a significant amount but still defensive.
If they send anything in the flanker range and include any air survalliance planes (intel/electronic) then, I think something's up.
Right now, it's simply a strong message ... No diversion tactics by messing with Armenia. Not gonna work.
Those relatively small numbers can tie up allota assets.
There is no reason to attack Hayastan except as a diversion.
I think that's all that's happening.

There is an amazing "strategy" study by Vova Vartanova explaining how Turkey cannot enter Armenia (for the current situation-considering the ongoing fights inside[against PKK] and the border situation[with Syria]), and How Armenia will be able to Defend herself without Russia's help.
I will post it as soon as i find it.

We all know that this $200mln has nothing to do with Su-30, let alone the time you need to train pilots, build hangars, get radars, and maybe refurbish the runway. The media is mixing up things. Talk about Su-30 was announced last month and it may take up to 2017 to acquire them.

Earlier, some media outlets reported on the alleged purchase of Russian fighter jets. The author of one such report had even gone so far as to detail the reason behind the acquisition of the 38-ton warplanes, citing the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
The Russian government published a copy of the loan agreement, signed by the two sides in 2015 and ratified by both countries' parliaments later that year.
According to the document, Armenia purchased Russian MLRS Smerch multi-launch rocket system and ammunition, anti-aircraft missile complexes Igla-S, surface complexes of electronic jamming system Avtobaza-M, heavy flamethrower system TOS-1A with transport-loading machines, 9М113М guided missiles, rocket-propelled grenades RPG-26, Dragunov sniper rifles, armored Tiger vehicles, engineering tools and military communications equipment.
The list, however, may still be amended.
