Azerbaijan is incompetent both on battlefield and propaganda field: NKR Defense Ministry reveals false document

Nagorno-Karabakh's Defense Ministry issued a statement regarding the false document published by Azerbaijani media on April 4, which was allegedly signed by the NKR Defense Minister and Army Commander Levon Mnatsakanyan, informed the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Ministry Press Service.

STEPANAKERT, APRIL 5, ARTSAKHPRESS: The statement reads: "It turns out that the enemy is incompetent not only in the battlefield, but also in the propaganda front.”The “specialists” of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan probably heard that there is such thing as propaganda war, but didn’t consider that minimum knowledge is necessary to carry out special psychological operations. Receiving painful blows in the battlefield, Azerbaijan apparently decided to succeed in the propaganda field. By disseminating a semi-literate letter, allegedly written by the NKR defense Minister and Army commander, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry did not understand that first of all basic knowledge of the Armenian language is needed in order to write a letter in Armenian.

The letter's style and literacy, or illiteracy, does not need any more comment.

In addition, the NKR Defense Minister and Army commander, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan had never had such a signature. "

A decent take but not 100% accurate, especially the historical part but some good points have been made.

News of a flare up in fighting in the Caucasian territory of Nagorno Karabakh will cause the Kremlin serious worry.Nagorno Karabakh is a small territory which before 1988 was largely Armenian but which is now entirely so.

Our artillery worked well, but we need to work on our drones. We need to develope similar drones to the ones they used. Guided and self-destructive. It does not cost as much as an air force does, we should dominate this field.

Are those drones really effective? I mean I still haven't heard that drones did much damage

Agree. I'm sure the NKR MoD has picked up a good amount of useful info. regarding Azeri tactics, equipment needed, preparations, etc.

I believe drones enabled the Azeris to get a clearer picture of troop displacement and artillery strikes, especially since they did not have forward observers inside Armenian lines.

Yes I'm not talking about drones giving intel but drones used with weaponery/explosives. How do they do ?
