֊ Վստահ եմ, որ հրադադարը չի պահպանվի;
֊ Ադրբեջանն այս դադարը օգտագործում է ուժերը վերախմբավորելու, հնարավոր է նաև նոր ուժեր ներգրավելու համար;
֊ Արտաքին ոչ մի կողմ չի կարող և չի էլ փորձելու զսպել Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին;
֊ Հայկական կողմը դատապարտված է համոզիչ հաղթանակ տանելու;
֊ Լոխ լյավ ա ինյական։

Vrej, what is you opinion? What is everyone else's opinion? will it hold?

I would be very happy if the ceasefire held. Right now we found out we have nothing to fear going forward. We can hold them without a problem. Now they will only get weaker, and we will only get stronger. I rather develop our country, our fragile economy, and take care of these anasoons when they self-destruct, as they surely will, in a few years.

My opinion is it will hold, perhaps for a week or two, until these idiots feel emboldened again. Right now they are licking their wounds. They're domestic propaganda machine is churning out massive amounts of propaganda. I've even seen comments on twitter where some Azeri's were claiming to be 9 kilometers away from "Khankendi." Additionally, their government is hiding their true death toll. This can be dangerous because the Azeri public feels they came out of these latest events victorious. They will be even more supportive of future hostilities. They will only learn their lesson when we take back Shahumyan. This brings me to a question I have...The NKR MOD was claiming that our boys took new territories. Does anybody know if this is correct, and if so where?

Personally I do not know if it was a maneuver or stupidity. Are they testing the grounds to see Russia's response/reaction?
If I was in alyiev's position I will be sacred from full scale war and oil prices. Is Erdogan using me as cannon fodder or is he going to back me up?
I say if they do anything, it will be on a larger scale attack without a major war for testing if any breaking points.
It will dissipate in a weeks time. After a week's time we will go to the old exchange with some larger calibers strictly on the frontlines.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for a week's time.

I think their internal situation is pretty tense with whats going on economically and politically.
Like MoD said there is no faction there that can stop aliyev and the propaganda machine is working
On the mindless drones. It's only a matter of time till the next round. Until the oil prices go up again, it will be a tense few years.

It's been years, people understanding on the ground were asking to arm the border villagers.
Now that the Sheperd shot an israeli drone with a rusted vorsort carabine, they are finally talking about in parliament

Երեկ, ժամը 18.30-ին Ազգային ժողով էին ժամանել ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը և պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը՝ մասնակցելու իրավիճակին նվիրված փակ լսումներին։ Պաշտպանության փոխնախարարին լսումներից առաջ մի քանի հարց ուղղեցինք՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ է կատարվում, պարզվեց, որ զինադադարի պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախազահող բոլոր երկրների միջնորդությամբ, ինչպես նաև՝ նախաձեռնվել են բանակցություններ։


- Պարոն Տոնոյան, այս ինչ զինադադար է, որքան կտևի, ինչի հետ էր կապված։ Ճի՞շտ է, որ Վիեննայում ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման հետ Է կապված։


- Ես մեկնաբանություններ չտամ զինադադարի պատճառների վերաբերյալ, որովհետև պատճառները լրիվ այլ են. կա նախաձեռնություն և այդ նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում հիմա բանակցություններ են ընթանում, և ես այժմ իրավասու չեմ խոսելու դրա մասին։


- Վերականգնվե՞լ են այն դիրքերը, որ եղել են մինչև ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը։ Աղբյուրներ կան, որ Ջաբրայիլի, Մատաղիսի և Մարտակերտի ուղղություններով դիրքերի կորուստ ունենք այս պահի դրությամբ և դրա փոխարեն այլ համարժեք դիրքերի գրավում։


- Ես այսպես ձևակերպեմ, կա հակառակորդի կողմից որոշակի առաջխաղացում, բայց դիրքերի գրավում, այդպիսի հասկացություն ես չէի օգտագործի։


- Մինչև ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերվա դիրքային իրադրությունը վերականգնված չէ փաստորեն։


- Այս փուլում՝ մասամբ վերականգնված է։


- Իսկ որքանո՞վ է հնարավոր կողմերի վերադարձը ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ շրջանակներում բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով։


- Ամեն ինչ կախված է միջնորդների աշխատանքի էֆեկտիվությունից և մեր զինված ուժերի գործողություններից։


- Ճի՞շտ է արդյոք, որ միջնորդը ռուսական կողմն Է


- ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի բոլոր համանախազահող երկրների ներկայացուցիչները միջնորդության մեջ ընդգրկված են, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանը։


- Պարոն Տոնոյան, քաղաքական գործիչները և հատկապես ժողովուրդը պնդում են, որ մենք ի վերջո պետք Է վերջ դնենք այս հարցին՝ հակառակորդին լուրջ տարածքային կորուստներ հասցնելով։ Մենք, նախ՛ ի վիճակի ենք դա անել այս պահին, և կգնա՞նք նման քայլի, թե՞ ոչ։


- Իհարկե, ի վիճակի ենք. իրադրությունից ելնելով որոշում կկայացվի։ Ամեն դեպքում մենք մեր պլաններն ունենք։


- Այս օրերին բոլորին մի հարց Է տանջում՝ «Իսկանդերը» ե՞րբ ենք օգտագործելու։


- Կարծում եք, այդ վիճա՞կն Է։


Փոխնախարարը հակված չէր շատ խոսել և վերջին հարցին հարցով պատասխանելով հեռացավ։
