It will be hard because consider these
You need a control center (could be a shack) with all the equipment and pilot controls. This shack can be anywhere like in Yerevan.
You will need a real pilot
The UAV cannot be prop driven so it needs a jet engine. Now you have to deal with cooling the hot gases before it leaves the exhaust ducts
The UAV has to have retractable gears
The missiles have to be inside. When fired, door open, missile extends, fires, the rack retracts , the door closes......all in 2 seconds.
Satellite help can be crucial to the pilot.
You cannot have a Gumball extending from the bottom of the fuselage so you gotta figure/design a new system for infrared eye and camera recording.
