Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.

Three killed in bus explosion in Yerevan /updated/

          23:10 | April 25,2016 | Social

At least 3 people died and 8 were injured when a bus exploded and went
up in flames in a Yerevan street late on Monday.

The incident occurred on Halabyan street. The injured were rushed to
          the Armenia medical center.

Rescue teams and fire brigades are now on the scene.

According to our information, the blast took place in bus N63.

A1+’s journalist reports from the scene that only the skeleton of the
bus has remained. It appears the explosion may have been caused by a
          faulty cylinder.

Residents of nearby buildings were forced to flee their homes,
          following the large blast.

Witnesses fear the number of deaths could rise significantly.

Additional information will be provided later.

Anybody know how a "faulty cylinder" can cause this?
          Hayastan or Bust.

A faulty compressed gas cylinder could cause a nasty blast. It's not confirmed though that this bus was running on compressed gas.

              "Hydrolock

              Diesel engines
Diesel engines are more susceptible to hydrolock than gasoline engines. Due to their higher compression ratios, diesel engines have a much smaller final combustion chamber volume, requiring much less liquid to hydrolock. Diesel engines also tend to have higher torque, rotating inertia, and stronger starter motors than gasoline engines. The result is that a diesel engine is more likely to suffer catastrophic damage."

I am not buying the amount of damage from the engine ... something else was going on.

I'm not an expert of explosives, but I doubt that's the case.

News flash stated the bus was diesel powered.

Explosion not due to gas cylinder.
