Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը, ի խախտումն նույն արձանագրության Հոդված 58-ի, չեն խուսափել բնակեցված շրջաններում կամ դրանց մերձակա վայրերում ռազմական օբյեկտներ տեղակայելուց:

See, the Azeris haven't yet realized that every time the fire on Armenian installations and settlements, the Armenians can counterstrike hard and hit them. Their strategy is now working against them. Bring the pain!

Earlier, the DA has reported that Azerbaijani artillery installation in their areas, so that when the Armenian armed forces fire on them , they begin to say that "the Armenians fired from populated areas ."
Now DA has also published the places of deployment of artillery and showed their remoteness from populated areas .

Defense website published a new message , which says that all military objects above the pictures for armed forces , in accordance with principles of international law ( the protection of victims of international armed conflicts , 1949 August 12, the first protocol to the Geneva Convention , Article 52 ), are legitimate targets.

Azerbaijani armed forces , in violation of Article 58 of the Protocol , do not avoid locating military objectives within or near densely populated placement .

It's the NATO designation for 9M111M Factoriya.
All the names they give are lousy.

I thought NATO calls it AT-4 Spigot. The Russians call it f.agot because it's named after a musical instrument that the tube (arguably) resembles.

There will be no new dismissals in defense system of Armenia, Armenian
Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan who is in Moscow for attending the 5th
International conference on security issues, told "Azatutyun" radio
station. He also added that he has not met with Azerbaijani
counterparts and no negotiations are planned with them "till they are
firing". Touching upon relations with Russia, the minister noted that
they remain friendly as before and nothing has changed. The minister
informed that currently they work to deliver the purchased weapons to
Armenia as soon as possible. To note, under the agreement on provision
of a 200 mln USD loan to Armenia, the Armenian armed forces will
acquire 9K58 "Smerch" multiple artillery rocket systems with
ammunition, "Igla-S" surface-to-air missile systems, "Avtobaza-M"
passive signals-intelligence systems, TOS-1A "Solntsepyok" flame
throwers, "Tigr" all-terrain infantry mobility vehicles, "Konkurs-M"
anti-tank missile systems, RPG-26 anti- tank rocket launchers,
KamAZes, as well as communications equipment and engineering
equipment. The agreement of Russia's concessional loan was signed in
2015. Armenia will start repaying the loan at the annual interest of
3% in 2018 in terms of Russian rubles within 10 years. The prepayment
will total just 10%. Actually, the two Armenians republics can buy an
endless amount of weapons from Russia for $200mln considering the
continuous devaluation of the Russian ruble and Armenia's CSTO
membership.
