Can someone share some insight on the Vardenis - Martakert Highway. Was looking into it a while back into even building an underground train system from the capital. Funding obviously is the major problem , but the idea is a good one. The Domestic Market between Armenia and Karabagh would grow dramatically , so will tourism when you can get to Karabagh within an hour rather then 7 hours and soldiers in thousands sent at any given time. Sorry for the off topic ,but is there actual ideas like this ?

It's a nice dream. Maybe over the ground regular train is more realistic.

Everyone involved knows the truth.
We know we are better. They ( those who are there , have seen it , not some internet azeri warrios ) know the truth too.

This short war made me , and I think all Armenians , more confident than before.
Before this I tought maybe their fancy and expensive weapons could make a difference but what happened last month proved for once and all that we will never loos to turks.

We have just about every time won a war against Turks,,,,,,,,however our population had suffered greatly.

now, they are protected by Armenian Army and Artsakh defense badass force.

Was just watching Tora! Tora! Tora! , the movie about Pearl Harbor and whilst the Japanese were unleashing he'll on the US Navy and Air force sinking loads of ships and planes they eventually pulled the plug and returned back to Japan. They could of continued the aerial bombardment but a mistake by the General who thought enemy Submarines we're already looking for them came out to be not true. It was later revealed that the US had no idea of the attack and the Japanese retreat was a blessing that the situation didn't spread further. So my point is, when Azerbaijan attempted a blitzkrieg style attack and lost so many soldiers in that process , why did the NKR Forces hold status quo ? Wouldn't you punish enemy forces from attempting foolish actions again ? The bottom line is this.. Armenia needs to use the Victimization and Justification card just like the US used against Japan , just like Russia used against Georgia. This 4 day war taught us a lot , and that is that we need to use media as our marketing tool. Karabagh was attacked yet media states "both sides claim the other was the aggressor". That shows Armenia to be weak especially when all reason for tension points to the nation who has territorial intrest or claim etc. We basically need to play our cards right, and play the victim card , justification card and justice card to the International world. Only then will people take you seriously. A sovereign country does not continuously lose soldiers on a daily basis . We either need to negotiate or break there arms and legs

Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանագոտու ողջ երկայնքով հակառակորդի զինուժի կուտակումների ու ակտիվ տեղաշարժերի մասին լրատվամիջոցների եւ անհատ անձնանց կողմից շրջանառվող տեղեկատվությունը նախ եւ առաջ զարմացնում է հենց զինվորականներին: Այս մասին Հանրային Ռադիոյի «Ստատուս Քվո» հաղորդման շրջանակներում ասել է Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի օպերատիվ վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Արտակ Դավթյանը:

«Քանի որ մենք ենք առաջին հերթին վերահսկում հակառակորդի շարժը, հետախուզություն վարում, գնահատում ենք այն ինչ որ կա, որպեսզի պատրաստ լինենք մարտական գործողություններ վարելուն, մեզ համար տարօրինակ են կուտակումների մասին տարածված տեղեկությունները: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ իրենք են գտնվում հետախուզական համակարգում եւ տեղեկատվություն են տարածում»:

Իրականում, ըստ զինվորականի այդ կուտակումները բնական են, եւ դրանց առկայությունը ամենեւին չի նշանակում, որ վաղը կարող է լայնածավալ մարտական գործողություններ սկսվել:

«Դեպքերից հետո ինչպես մենք խմբավորումներ ծավալեցինք եւ պատրաստվեցինք մարտական գործողությունների, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի հանրապետության ԶՈՒ արեց ԼՂՀ սահմանների դիմաց՝ փորձելով կատարել որոշակի խնդիրներ: Այնպես որ այդ առումով կուտակումներ կան, եւ դա բնական է: Մյուս կողմից այդ կուտակումները չեն նշանակում, որ վաղը սկսվելու են լայնածավալ մարտական գործողություններ: Յուրաքանչյուր կողմը՝ ինչպես հայկական, այնպես էլ ադրբեջանական, բնականաբար նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ են կատարում, հաշվի առնելով իրավիճակի լարվածութունը, մյուս կողմից կողմերը ցույց են տալիս հակառակորդին խնդիրը կատարելու իրենց պատրաստակամությունը եւ վճռականությունը, որպեսզի քաղաքական գործընթացներ սկսելու դաշտ բացվի:

Ես՝ որպես պաշտոնատար անձ, կարող եմ ասել մոտ ժամանակներս չի սպասվում լայնածավալ մարտական գործողություններ: Միեւնույն ժամանակ մենք ՝ որպես զինվորականներ, անգամ մինչեւ ապրիլյան դեպքերը, համարում ենք, որ ամեն օր կարող է պատերազմ սկսվել, եւ մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք դրան: Եվ այս դեպքերը նույնպես ցույց տվեցին, որ պատրաստ ենք նման խնդիրների կատարմանը»,- ասել է գեներալ-մայոր Արտակ Դավթյանը` հավելելով եթե մենք չունենային տեղեկատվություն եւ պատրաստ չլինեին մեր կորուստները բազմապատիկ կլինեին, կունենայինք նաեւ տարածքների կորուստներ:

You must not forget the role of the puppeteers.
