СМИ закавказских турок сообщают о том, что из Армении в Арцах доставлены тактические ракетные комплексы "Точка-У". Системы размещены в Мартакертском и Гадрутском районах.

Согласно сообщению, в Арцах доставлены тактические ракеты 9M79 и 9M79-1 для ТРК "Точка-У", пусковые установки 9П129-1M, транспортно-заряжающие машины 9T128-1, транспортные машины 9Т238, машины технического обслуживания 9В844М и комплекты арсенального оборудования 9Ф370-1.

I think we are relying too heavily on those iskanders and stuff and may just blunt ourselves or make tactical mistakes.
There has not been any wars effected significantly by long range missiles.
Also, unless they are nuclear tipped, they don't have desired deterrence effect. The damage caused by them (unless you use thousands in Azerbaijani size country) will not be detrimental.
So we threaten to bomb Azeri oil rigs with rockets and that may scare some oil interests and Azeri government with them for now. But keep in mind that there is a level of deterrence that only ground forces can do.

Well we've been talking about hitting mingachevir...I think Iskander's can perform the most accurate strike in this case. Also don't forget that their oil installations around Baku are protected by S-300OPMU-2s so we can't strike them with our Scuds...we're probably gonna need better missiles to accomplish these tasks. Hence the importance of having Iskanders
