Don't take it as hate to Russia or any country, but I believe the following is going on:

      1) The Russians came up with the loan because they were afraid of a color revolution (miscalculation) right when Electric Yerevan protests were going on.

      2) They will keep postponing the delivery by giving different excuses every time.

      3) They will not want to see those weapons deployed in NKR, because they want to keep Aliyev on their side too. That's what we saw during the 4-Day War.

      4) Now that clashes started and there was a mini-war, they will use this $200M loan as a bait to take whatever they want from Armenia (politically).

edit: 5) There's an important parliamentary election in 2017. They will not deliver the weapons before that elections to make sure no anti-Russians are elected.

Too many other things (as noted) do not add up. Also notice how quiet it is when he is shooting at the beginning and all of a sudden a battle field noises either an airplane or artillery passing shelling noises.
I think they took the Russian airplane guided missile clip and messed with the video to their advantage.

As I said earlier, our leaders lost credibility the moment they stopped the counter during the 4 day war. It showed they do not have full backing from Russia and that they NEED Russia to tell them how high to jump. That being said, we have no other alternative, the west is suicide so we might as well continue playing russian roulette and hope Azeris get the bullet.

Report says Azerbaijan long-serving chief of general staff Najmeddin Sadykov may be replaced over 4-day war.

В свою очередь руководитель пресс-службы Минобороны, полковник Вагиф Дяргяхлы заявил Минвалу, что эта информация ложная и безосновательная

I think we should use China as leverage to Russian weapon deliveries. I bet we could get a similar loan for weapons from the Chinese and this will not only give us an option but will get Russia jumping on them deliveries. I think China is looking for a antiturk ally and it would be hard to find one better than us.

I agree with this option 100%
