I think so too! Reason why they are dropping like flies.
Looks like they solved most of that issue thanks to the turk's failed invasion.

Germany as far I am aware is the ( rotating) chairman of the Minsk group.

      It was his only option.
For years we have tried to stop anybody else other than the Minsk group being involved in the peace/conflict resolution process.

      .
      Got it. Thank you.
Simple answer I was looking for.

Political analyst: Baku expects unilateral concessions from Armenian side

YEREVAN. - The possible talks of the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents in June will encounter an obstacle: the sides have way too many controversies, Deputy Director of Caucasus Institute, political analyst Sergey Minasyan said at a press-conference Wednesday.

In his words, the optimism round the agreements in Vienna is exaggerated. ''We have apparently achieved success on the diplomatic platform. There is also slight progress in the negotiation process, which is expressed by the readiness of the sides to introduce incident investigation mechanisms and expand the staff of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office,'' Minasyan said.

However, according to the analyst, even if it is possible to introduce the mechanisms within the shortest period possible, that is exactly during the coming week, the talks of the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders will encounter obstacles. Baku expects unilateral concessions from the Armenian side, but neither Yerevan nor Stepanakert are going to make such concessions, he added.

Since the Minsk group is at it, Armenia should place Western Armenia in the bargaining package. Still cannot make sense why a people that lost most of its territories, millions of its people got slaughtered have to still give or be submitted to a bunch of invaders. I say get couple nukes and ignore them all.

I completely agree with you. After all that's happened and lands lost to Turkey, our negotiations are all about a tiny area .. What about our Ancestral lands ?

Any concessions come from the turc side. We have no reason to concede anything.

--- what about our ancestral lands ---
I'm sure you meant "what about the (rest) of our ancestral lands. Artsahk is one of our ancestral lands.
We finally took it back. But yes, what about our other stolen ancestral lands.
                    Agree 100%.
