Տարբեր քրեական գործերի շրջանակներում մայիսի 30-ի երեկոյան ձերբակալվել են երեք զինվորականներ: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում լուրը հաստատեց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Սոնա Տռուզյանը:


«Նրանք ձերբակալվել են տարբեր քրեական գործերի շրջանակներում: Ձերբակալվածները կասկածվում են տարբեր արարքներ կատարելու մեջ: Մի դեպքում՝ մատակարարված անորակ ապրանքներն ընդունելու, մեկ այլ դեպքում՝ ըստ նախնական տվյալների, ուռճացված գներով գնումներ կատարելու մեջ»,- ասաց Տռուզյանը:


Ձերբակալված զինվորականներն են գեներալ-մայոր Մելս Չիլինգարյանը (լուսանկարում), գնդապետներ Արմեն Մարգարյանը և Մհեր Պապյանը: Մելս Չիլինգարյանը ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի սպառազինության վարչության պետն է:


Հիշեցնենք, որ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն այսօրվա համարում գրել էր, որ երեկ երեկոյան ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում նոր ձերբակալություններ են եղել։


««Ժողովուրդ»–ի լավատեղյակ աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ երեկ երեկոյան ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում նոր ձերբակալություններ են եղել։ Ու դարձյալ միջին կամ մանր «ձկներն» են ուռկանում հայտնվել։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ձերբակալվածների թվում են ՀՀ զինված ուժերի սպառազինության վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Մելս Չիլինգարյանը, ՀՀ ԶՈւ սպառազինության վարչության ավտոծառայության պետ, գնդապետ Դավիթ Աբրահամյանը և Մհեր Պապյանը, որի ճշգրիտ պաշտոնը երեկ մեզ չհաջողվեց ճշտել»,– գրել էր թերթը։

That's right , we are talking about something that happened 20 years ago. We will never forget the sacrifice nor will we remain in the past. I served as a Cadet in the Australian Army. We were trained to iron our clothes, polish our belt buckles, polish our shoes, trained how we wore our parade hats. Etc. We weren't trained to do all this because an officer ordered so, but because of Pride we put in our uniform representing the fallen who wore it before us, and lastly DISCIPLINE. In 2011 when Armenia hosted the Military Parade the talk of the town was Armenias Army, as to how far they've come. They presented a well groomed ,uniformed , disciplined military with shiny toys. What lets us down is the old men who cross dress uniforms and make them look cheap . It's either you wear the uniform at its full dressing code or you don't. Sorry Lori. I just take this subject seriously as there are a million different camos floating around.

Lastly I have never seen a uniformed soldier on the front line or on training with a water bottle or camelbak. Why aren't our boys not wearing backpacks(webbings). A webbing holds 2 water bottles, ammo pouch , and a back pack which holds a first aid kit some packed food with a hexi stove. Again we were always trained to never leave a site without your webbing, especially your webbing. Because that is your life line and without it , in the Bush for a day , you could die.

Addressing some of your questions. I believe the Armenian Army does have a standard load bearing vest and webbing, but the soldiers dont wear them because theres no possible way they could wear them. Russian Army body armor provides clear space for things like load bearing vests, however our vests and body armor are different. They are big, bulky, and protrude outward. Kind of makes everyone look a bit silly, and the vests themselves look impractical and difficult to move in. (Especially running)

Well again, the unshaven men are militia and militia are undiscplined organized groups of local fighters. I remember reading an log/entry from a Russian soldier who was part a Grad crew in 2014, he took part in cross-border shelling during the War in Donbass. He claimed that the only way to tell the difference between the militia and regular soldiers was to see if they were shaven or not. It is a tradition to not shave until the war is over btw.

Wısh we could see him again as the Defance Minister of NKR. Making Babayan the commander of the NKR army would change the whole balance alone.
