It is sad Movses Hagopyan answers in that manner, typical bureaucrat,
rather than as somebody, old army man, committed to the defence of the country.
Its also surprising that by now nobody feels the need to give any explanation.
I am afraid for now I am siding with the view that it was conspiracy, and traitors in the hierarchy are at play.
