Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 12-ին, նախնական տեղեկություններով, ինքնասպան է եղել Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ Թարթառի շրջանի զորամասերից մեկի զինծառայող, Աղաև Հաֆիզ Ասիֆ օղլուն (Ağayev Hafiz Asif oğlu): Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը զինծառայողի մահվան մասին որևէ տվյալ չի հայտնել:

Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 12-ին հայտնել է ադրբեջանական ընդդիմադիր Meydan.tv լրատվակայքի համակարգող Հաբիբ Աբդուլլաևը:

Զինծառայողը Ադրբեջանի Լերիկ շրջանի Շինգեդուլան (Şingədulan) գյուղից էր։

Նշենք, որ 2016 թ. սա Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերում և պաշտպանական համակարգի այլ կառույցներում տեղ գտած և հայտնի դարձած մահացու ելքով 128-րդ դեպքն է, որն արձանագրել է Ռազմինֆոն։ Սակայն Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնական աղբյուրները թաքցնում են կորուստները։

Օգոստոսի 11-12-ին Ադրբեջանական բաց աղբյուրների մշտադիտարկման արդյունքում Razm.info-ն պարզել է Նախիջանի զորամասերից մեկում, նախնական տվյալներով դիզելային վառելիքի բաքի մեջ ընկելու հետևանքով մահացած մեկ զինծառայողի՝ Շահսուվարով Էմրահ Մուսա օղլուի (Şahsuvarov Əmrah Musa oğlu) մասին։

Ավելի ուշ՝ օգոստոսի 15-ին զինծառայողի մահվան լուրը սեփական աղբյուրների միջոցով հաստատել է նաև ադրբեջանական ընդդիմադիր Meydan.tv լրատվակայքի համակարգող Հեբիբ Աբդուլլաևը։

Զինծառայողը ծնվել էր 1997 թվականին՝ Նախիջևանի Շարուրի շրջանի Խանլըգլար գյուղում։ Զորակոչվել էր շուրջ մեկ տարի առաջ, որոշ ժամանակ ծառայել Օրդուբադի զորամասում, սակայն ծառայության վերջին վայրը, որտեղ էլ գրանցվել է միջադպը, դեռևս հայտնի չէ։ Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնական աղբյուրները դեռևս որևէ տեղեկություն չեն տարածել մահացած զինծառայողի վերաբերյալ։

Սոցցանցային գրառման միջոցով զինծառայողի մահվան լուրը հաստատել էին նաև վերջինիս հորեղբորորդին և հորաքրոջ որդին։ Թեև Շահսւովարովի մահվան մասին առաջին անգամ խոսում են օգոստոսի 11-ին, սակայն մահվան ստւյգ օրը դեռևս հայտնի չէ։

2016 թ. սա Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերում և պաշտպանական համակարգի այլ կառույցներում տեղ գտած և հայտնի դարձած մահացու ելքով 129-րդ դեպքն է, որ ը կարողացել է արձանագրել Ռազմինֆոն։

^^^No land is being surrendered in Artsakh or anywhere. It's called faking diplomacy to avoid war. Everybody knows that including the negotiating parties.

But still we can't deny the fact that armenia's presence is being threatened by the developping russian-iranian-turkish-azeri relations

Well, and Azerbaijan should be worried by our EEU & CSTO membership, lifting of visas between Armenia & Iran, tripling iranian gas imports, etc etc.. Turkey and Russia can f*** each other hard. We work on our country.

Military expert: Smerch is substrategic weapon in the context of Karabakh conflict

Moscow supplied to Armenia roughly the same set of arms which Azerbaijan purchased earlier, Editor-in-Chief of Eksport Vooruzheniy (Arms Export) magazine Andrey Frolov told Izvestiya.

According to him, these supplies will definitely improve the military balance in favor of Yerevan, but Baku will still maintain certain advantage.

“The difference in the military budget of Armenia and Azerbaijan is too big. It is difficult to speak about power balance here. Only through pinpoint investments it is possible to prevent the breakdown from reaching critical scales,” he noted.

Supplies of Smerch multiple rocket launchers are first and foremost of great significance. “In the context of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, this is a substrategic weapon, considering the firing range, since Smerch can be effective against columns of armored vehicles, depot complexes and storage depots. The supplies of the aforementioned weapons will certainly strengthen the Armenians. This will ensure the power balance in the region.”
