Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

    Ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման հավանականությունը միշտ կա, ավելին՝ այն բարձր է։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Լևոն Մնացականյանը regnum գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում:

    «Իհարկե, ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման հավանականությունը միշտ կա, ավելին՝ այն բարձր է: Հակառակորդի ներկայիս պահվածքը թույլ է տալիս գալ եզրակացության, որ նա դեռ ամբողջությամբ չի հրաժարվել իր մտադրություններից: Այդ պատճառով ապագայում ցանկացած պահի հնարավոր է ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսում: Այնուամենայնիվ, ապրիլյան պատերազմը որոշ զսպող ազդեցություն է թողել հակառակորդի վրա: Դա երևում է նաև նրանց հայտարարություններից. եթե նախկինում նրանք ասում էին, որ հաղթանակ կտանեն երեք օրվա մեջ, այժմ նման հայտարարություններ այլևս չեն հնչում, և ես հուսով եմ, որ նրանք ընդհանրապես կհրաժարվեն իրենց մտադրությունից»,- ասել է Լևոն Մնացականյանը:

    Նախարարը, պատասխանելով Ադրբեջանի հնչեցրած սպառնալիքների մասին հարցին, հայտարարել է, որ «եթե Ադրբեջանը հարված հասցնի Ստեփանակերտին, կձեռնարկվեն համապատասխան միջոցներ»: «Թե ինչ միջոցներ՝ թող նրա համար գաղտնիք մնա: Պարզապես պատասխանն անհամեմատելի կլինի»,- ասել է նա:

    Լևոն Մնացականյանը հայտնել է նաև, որ մեծ քանակությամբ աշխատանք է կատարվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ և՛ վերապատրաստման, և՛ տեխնիկական վերազինման, և՛ նոր սպառազինության ձեռքբերման ուղղությամբ, և այդ գործընթացը դեռ շարունակվելու է:

    «Այդ ամենի համար մենք ունենք նյութական միջոցներ, և դրանք ներդրվում են: Ավելին, մենք ներդնում ենք շատ ավելի մեծ գումարներ, քան դուք նշել եք ձեր հարցում»,- ասել է նախարարը՝ պատասխանելով ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո սփյուռքի միջոցով հավաքված 8 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրման մասին հարցին:

    «Ինչ վերաբերում է այլ երկրներում բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցներին, նրանց օգնությունը, իհարկե, դրական է ազդել մեր հնարավորությունների վրա: Մենք իսկապես միջոցների զգալի հոսք ենք ստացել»,- ասել է նա:

    Խոսելով քառօրյա պատերազմի կորուստների մասին՝ Լևոն Մնացականյանն ասել է. «Իսկ ո՞վ է ասել, որ կորուստները մեծ են: Բնականաբար, մեզ համար յուրաքանչյուր կորուստ կարևոր է, և մենք անթույլատրելի ենք համարում ցանկացած կորուստ: Բայց ռազմական գործողությունները դրանով էլ դաժան են, որ դրանց հետևանքով լինում են ինչպես անձնակազմի, այնպես էլ նյութական սեփականության կորուստներ: Այդ պատճառով խոսել այն մասին, թե շատ կամ քիչ են եղել կորուստները, և ընդհանրապես նման գնահատականներ տալը սխալ է… Ինչ վերաբերում է հարձակվող ադրբեջանական զորքերին, նրանց կորուստները մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում են մեր կորուստները: Եվ դա՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ նրանք օգտագործել են հանկարծակիության գործոնը և էլիտար ստորաբաժանումներ: Այդ պատճառով, ես կարծում եմ, որ ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակն իր խնդիրը պատվով է կատարել: Եվ հակառակորդը հասկացել է, որ նրա հետագա հարձակողական բոլոր գործողությունները կավարտվեն ձախողմամբ»:

    Խոսելով հետախուզության մասին՝ Լևոն Մնացականյանը նշել է, որ հակառակորդի գործողությունների մասին որոշակի տեղեկություն հայտնի է եղել, և իրականացվել են նախապատրաստական որոշակի քայլեր: Այդ պատճառով հետախուզության գործողությունները ձախողված չի կարելի անվանել, ասել է նա:

    Այնուամենայնիվ, հայտնի չի եղել հարձակման նման մասշտաբների մասին: «Այդ առումով որոշակի բացթողումներ եղել են: Մենք չէինք սպասում շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով հարված: Դրա հետևանքով մենք կորցրինք որոշ հենակետեր, սակայն դա փաստացիորեն չազդեց ԼՂՀ ՊԲ հնարավորությունների վրա: Զորքերը շարունակում են ամբողջությամբ կատարել իրենց խնդիրներն առաջնագծում: Իհարկե, լավ կլիներ, եթե այդ դիրքերը նույնպես չկորցնեինք: Այնուամենայնիվ, այն կարճ ժամանակում, որ կար մինչև հրադադարը, մենք զգալիորեն վերականգնել ենք կորցրած դիրքերը: Եթե ռազմական գործողությունները շարունակվեին, մենք ավելի լայն հնարավորություններ կունենայինք: Այնուամենայնիվ, ես չեմ կարծում, որ այդ աննշան կորուստներն անվերադարձ են, և ես համոզված եմ, որ մենք դեռ հնարավորություններ կունենանք մեր կորցրած դիրքերը վերականգնելու համար»,- ասել է նախարարը:

          The first set of photos could be Northeastern. These look more Southwestern by Nakhchevan. No?
