At 2.00 of all people the deputy foreign minister of Artsakh talks about “collective punishment imposed on us” ... how? by who? .... of course Azerbaijan.
Almost begging .... in need of sympathy ....

I thought Artsakh was independent from Azerbaijan.

I thought the first passenger on that first plane would be S.S.

Her arguments are so defeatist rather than the self assured and looking forward.

Basically she is saying if Azerbaijan will not allow us we cannot use our airport.

I wonder if she is from the Diplomatic school of Haji Nalbandyan.

Man we have retreated so much...... so little we are aware of ...... so sad ......

As to your question, from her attitude the first flight will be Xandeki-Baku when they have all of Karabagh.

We should come up with a budget alternative, using our existing antiaircraft, place one at every 1 to 2 Km all around the borders.

No problem! Agree we are picking up on the defense industry, except most are old school approaches. We are beyond covered on the along range and conventional aircraft and missiles.
We need to think 1 to 5 km small modern radars with multiple sensors that could be adapted with interchangeability on small armaments. Mainly for UAVs and intruders.
