Aliyev's rhetoric has obviously changed lately. He sounds like he doesn't know what to do and is in some sort of psychological unrest.

That's probably because he is. They just solidified his already solidified rule with constitutional changes. The money is gone. His only option is to tap into sofaz and oil revenues to slow his country's dissent. There's a devaluation in the manat coming really soon. How much will they pump to save their country during the new year festivities? After that, free fall.

ՀՀ ՊՆ մարշալ Բաղրամյանի անվան զորավարժարանում զինված ուժերի հրթիռահրետանային զորամասերից մեկի զինծառայողները մասնակցել են ճամբարային հավաքների:


Մեկամսյա ճամբարային հավաքների շրջանակում անկացված տեսական ու գործնական պարապմունքների ընթացքում ամրապնդվել են դասակների, մարտկոցների հրամանատարների կողմից որոշումների ընդունման, տեղանքում փոխգործակցության կազմակերպման հմտությունները: Դաշտային պայմաններում ներդաշնակվել են նաև մարտական հաշվարկների, դասակների ու մարտկոցների գործողությունները:

Ճամբարային հավաքի ամփոփիչ փուլում հրթիռահրետանային ստորաբաժանումն անցկացրել է նաև զորավարժություն: Կրակային ստուգատեսի նպատակն էր ամփոփել ճամբարային հավաքի ընթացքում զինծառայողների ձեռք բերած գիտելիքներն ու գնահատել զորամասի մարտական պատրաստության աստիճանը:

YEREVAN. – Tank Operators’ Day is marked in Armenia on October 8.

The tank troops of present-day Armenia have inherited the traditions, track-record—and, partly, the equipment—of the tank forces of the Armenian SSR Armed Forces.

After gaining independence in September 1991, planned reforms began at the tank troops of the Armed Forces of Armenia. And these reforms and developments were concluded on October 8, 1992.

Tank troops of the Armed Forces of Armenia have actively participated in the Karabakh War, and they protect the borders of Armenia.

The formation of chemical corps of the Armed Forces of Armenia was completed on October 10, 1992.

And ever since 1996, Chemical Corps’ Day is celebrated in the country, every year on October 10.

The main task of chemical corps is to protect the population and logistics’ facilities from chemical threats.

At present, however, the chemical corps have a new task: elimination of the aftermath of environmental disasters.
