    Soldier of Azerbaijani Army dies

A soldier of the Azerbaijani Army died as a result of illness. According to APA bureau, Huseynov Sarvan Vidadi drafted by the Aghdam Regional Military Commissariat died as a result of roseola.

The soldier’s body was brought to his home village Eyvazli of Aghdam region and buried. The relatives didn’t give details about his death.

Spokesperson for the Defense Ministry, Captain Teymour Abdullayev told APA that the soldier died as a result of kidney failure, but not roseola.
    Nothing good about it.

    They are just copying us.
Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

I think you're correct. I think there are several reasons why this is happening.

      1) Boredom on the frontlines. Perhaps they need to rotate the troops in and out more. They should also probably increase leisure activities for troops back at base; soccer, weightlifting, computers, games, movies etc. I'm sure this is already done to a degree but how about increased morale boosting and perhaps some counseling for those might need help.
      2) Even with Armenia's small population and necessity to have a conscription, they really need to do better job and weed out those who are mentally ill and physically unable to perform their duty. Many of those being bullied and doing the bullying have no business being in the army in the first place. Some soldiers are bullied because they cannot perform/are careless and cannot "carry the weight". Their comrades cannot depend on them, etc and some of the bullies would probably be common criminals if not already in the military.
      3) Continue cracking down on bullying and punishing those involved. It seems they are finally getting the message.
      4) Shift commanders around to different sectors after certain periods of time.
