President Sahakyan watched military maneuvers of the Defense Army

On 8 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan watched military maneuvers of the Defense Army conducted in the republic's central section.
The President rated satisfactory the process and results of the maneuvers.

In his speech the Head of the State underlined that the Defense Army is the greatest achievement of our independent statehood, pivotal guarantee of our country's independence, sovereignty and our people's security, one of the most influential factors of maintaining peace and stability in the region. "All of us, the whole Armenian people are proud of our brave soldiers, who due to their daily humble and courageous behavior fulfill the Motherland defender's sacred mission with dignity, always ready to rebuff any encroachment of the enemy", noted President Sahakyan. According to Bako Sahakyan the highest command staff of the Defense Army and all the command units would make the necessary conclusions and carry out appropriate work for consistent increase of the Defense Army's combat efficiency.

President Sahakyan handed in valuable gifts to a group of servicemen who had registered high results during the maneuvers.

I have found the Tank I was so curios about and discovered it is our mythical T-80's and don't be too surprised this tank is badly stripped down here is a T-80 http://armedforcesmuseum.com/wp-cont.../T80-Tank6.jpg
and look how old and dirty it is it must of been in our storage for a long time these T-80's are not suitable for battle considering the fact they have been poorly maintained and striped down, no wonder why our mod never shows these tanks.

I posted about this tank a couple of pages back.
This is a regular T-72A with added armor around the turret, hull sides and under.
It has nothing to do with a T-80.
Looks like some tanker was bored and did this.

Defense Minister Vigen Sargsian publicized details of the scheme at a meeting with President Serzh Sarkisian. In particular, Sargsian said, the families of soldiers who die or become gravely disabled while on combat duty will be paid 10 million drams ($21,000) each. Wounded soldiers suffering from less serious disabilities will be entitled to 5 million drams.

In addition to these one-off payments, the close relatives of killed or maimed army officers, contract soldiers and conscripts will receive monthly benefits ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 drams for 20 years. The compensation scheme will apply to combat incidents happening after January 2017.

The Armenian government announced on Tuesday plans to introduce a special tax that will finance new and much heftier benefits for the families of military personnel killed or seriously wounded in action.

Good point but there is one question why in god xxxx is there fences on the side of the tank to keep away those pesky Mexicans? or why is the frontal lobe of the tank looks like it had Armour plates
