Do you have proof that we're not responding? No.
At least 3 Azeri soldiers have been killed this week.
Of course, the Armenian MoD is not gonna post on Twitter something like "Hey we sniped an Azeri last night, he's dead."

My idea of responding is to shut them up.

I would not exchange one of our soldiers to thirty of them let alone three.
