Are those cannons effective today and modern compatible?

Also, all the wars fought in last 30-40 years most of the frontline rapid breakthroughs with low casualties (or lopsided casualties) came by Air Force use.
Remember 1st Iraqi war? Sadden did not have a antiaircraft defence and his army got massacred. With viable AA sistem Americans would not have such an easy time.
Iraq was geared with this kind of anti tank cannonade which proved failure too. Seems those are geared to Iran/ Iraq war of 80's and before.

What I am saying, if true about those being absolute, wouldn't it be better just not to have those and try to form as many ATGM units as possible?
Howitsers and other artillery are diffrent issue, but those oversized hunting rifles on wheels do not give me confidence. The crews have to be on line of sight with enemy and very vulnerable.

Some of these old conventional armaments are going to be in demand once or if all electronics could have deterrents.
Most deffinetly ATGM'S are the way to go, but what would be better, scrapping these guns or training crews to man them. They're ammo is dirt cheap, high rate of fire(6-10 RPM at max capacity) a lot of different ammunition to pick from( HEAT, HE-FRAG, APFSDS), they can fire ATGM (up to 750mm RHA penetration) out from the gun, if the system is modified. There's no doubt these guns are old but don't count them out.
They are a b**** to move around but I personally love these guns.

Put them a few kms away from line of contact and just keep firing away on the enemy line if things go bad. They are good to use in a sense that they still work. Shouldn't be able to rely on them. They are supposed to be in a museum especially with a country like ours that is still in state of war.

It's mostly raining at nights and sometimes around 5PM for an hour, even if the app shows full rain.
