There is an interview by Artsakh defence commander Levon Mnatsakanian about Azeris doing huge preparations on their defences for deep capabilities.
This makes me think...
By Aprill war they tried to start with special forces and go for eventual large penetrations.
They learned that they did not have enough defences in case our army went into offensive.
So they asked for ceasefire after 4 days because prolonging the fight would mean loosing territories, while they could cut short and hang on to parcel of lands they took at the beginning.
Looks like they are preparing for defences in order to safeguard against our counter offensives in a prolonged conflict.
They think that secured line will give them chance to keep the initiative and move forward wherever and whenever they can.

Something really drastic happened with the azeri/israeli relationship after Netanyahooo visit’ to azeribaijan last December.
Unfortunately no one ever covered the falling out of love and what happened. It seams the Kakis took over the shekelists.

Is it possible to confirm that the forum is accessable in Armenia.

From my deductions I cannot identify any contributor from Armenia.
