They both will work. The OSA is older and I am not sure of the radar accuracy vs modern material detections. It should work?
The Pantsir is the latest modern version and has smaller missiles. I think the Pantsir has 12Km reach.

The importance of Hermes and all MALE (Medium Altitude, Long Endurance) UAVs is to keep constant, unbroken visual of the battlefield. They work well against Afghans and on sea level, maybe in lower parts of Artsakh. In the mountains they can be shot down.

Only worry is if there are SPIKE missiles attached. Are they?
