In the real world that is around 1/2 billion as in 500 million deal (with training and missiles). Most likely we will get them for almost nothing (if we do).
Objective to keep us close to Russia and annoy the azeris to buy more (useless) arms with true values.
I prefer if we get 3 SU few Pantsirs many as in very many many Kornet and Kornet-EM

Also, let us not forget the US is blocking the sales of F-35 (crap) to turkey. Russia will be more than happy to sell them planes with the S-400.

Ռուս փորձագետ Իվան Կոնովալովը Ռուսարմինֆոյի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանել է Հայաստանին Սու-30ՍՄ կործանիչ մատակարարելու հնարավորությունը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում լուսանկար էր հրապարակել արված կործանիչի խցից: Փաշինյանն այն անվանել էր լավագույններից մեկն աշխարհում, որից հետո ռազմական փորձագետները հայտարարել են, որ վարչապետը մտադիր է բանակցություններ սկսել չորրորդ սերնդի կործանիչի մատակարարման շուրջ:

Կոնովալովը նշել է, որ բանակցություններն ընթանում են դեռ 2012 թվականին: Նրա խոսքով, Սու-30ՍՄ չի կարող մատակարարվել Ռուսաստանի ու Հայաստանի ռազմական համագործակցության, բարեկամական մատակարարումների շրջանակում:
Դրա համար Երևանը պետք է վճարի: Այդ դեպքում մատակարարումը հնարավոր կլինի և ոչ մի հարց չի լինի: «Դրանք կմատակարարվեն և ամենավերջին մոդիֆիկացիայով», – ասել է Կոնովալովը:

Իվան Կոնովալովը կարծում է, որ Սու-30ՍՄ-ի մատակարարումը կարող է իրականցվել մինչև 2024 թվականը:
