Following the scinical interview of Putin yesterday, I do not see any chance of survival of an Armenian state before the national confrontation with cruel truth: Russia is the existential enemy, maybe more than Turkey.
The sooner we eradicate "russophilia", the biggest our survival chances.
First step is finding the good label for them for our everyday life.
Im not very convinced if it is the best label, but for now "TRAITOR RUSSIA"

blaming others and everything else, and not ourselves for our failures is characteristic of the armenian psyche for the last 150 years, and now we are there again.
Had we used these 25 years and made a strong united democratic nation with strong institutions, we would have had a stonger army.

But no, everyone for his own, and the money goes in some selected pockets.

Loss of artsakh is on the whole collective. the whole nation. the sooner we get our heads out of our asses the better, cuz otherwise we might lose everything.

And goes without saying, if it werent for Russia, you would have had a genocide in artsakh.

All what you say is perfectly exact, apart the last sentence.
We did have something not that different from a Genocide, thanks to Russians....
Considering our faults is basics, but fact is, most of our errors were induced and entertained by Russia, corrupted regime, Robik, Serjik, Dod, etc...., not to forget absence of internal security by imposing russian KGB branch as 'ours', absence of Foreign Ministry for decades (remember Nalbantoghlu???).
Internal responsability is not a reason to justify external treachery.
Deniying facts just to save once more russian face in armenian dude minds doesn't change facts, and garantees repetition of the same in the future.
Russia served us the same dish again and again, and will always do, since it is the essence of its emparialistic psychych....

An other proposal: 'DAMNED RUSSIA', in reference to the damned day they set foot on our soil, while our national aerial was 400.000 Km˛.....

FACTS: No matter what Nikol may say about Russia's reliabelity during the 45 days of war, the fact is, that during those days, virtually no flights were registered in Yerevan's airports. All residents do rememeber the rare planes coming in......
But now that Russia got what it needed, that is, force Armenia's capitulation and exchange of Artsakh with Idlib, it needs to bring in rapidly its new forces to base in Artsakh.
Since the end of the war, every hour, and sometimes every 15 minutes, IL 76 planes do land in Yerevan, day and night. They do fly pretty low and their noise is strong enough to be heared all over the Ararat valley....
Even if it is a fact by now, that russian technology is not a match to the western UAV tech at the disposal of the turks, at least they could have provided us with smerch missiles, to balance the huge amount of ammunition they provided to Baku.

It is a fact, that 95% of our losses are due to artillery and UAV's, from wich something between 60 to 70 % due to cluster bombs, that is the smerchs they sold to Baku before 2016 war... and want us to forget. It was just normal business....

Տարօրինակ է լսել ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի հայտարարությունը Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի մանրամասներն իրենց տեղեկացնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, մանրամասները հաղորդվել են դիվանագիտական ուղիներով, հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:

Լավրովը հավաստիացրել է, որ ամերիկյան կողմը տեղեկացվել է ամեն ինչի մասին պետքարտուղարի տեղակալի մակարդակով` հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոն այժմ գտնվում է երկարաժամկետ արտասահմանյան ուղեւորության մեջ: Բացի այդ, Ռուսաստանը հենց սկզբից սերտորեն համագործակցում էր Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների, այդ թվում` ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, ասել է նախարարը:

Ավելի վաղ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոյի եւ Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ժան-Իվ Լե Դրիանի բանակցությունների արդյունքներով ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչը հայտնել էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ակնկալում է մանրամասն տեղեկություն ստանալ ԼՂ շուրջ Թուրքիայի դերի մասին: Նրա խոսքով՝ որպես ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահ երկրներ ԱՄՆ-ն եւ Ֆրանսիան նախկինի պես հակված են իրենց դերին եւ «շատ հարցեր կան, որոնք ռուսները պետք է պարզաբանեն, ներառյալ՝ համաձայնագրի պարամետրերն ու Թուրքիայի դերը»:

Եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ֆրանսիան Ռուսաստանից նախ բացատրություններ են պահանջել դրա դրույթների ու հետեւանքների մասին, քանի որ այն հակասում է Մինսկի խմբի ձեւաչափում կարգավորման սկզբունքներին, այնուհետեւ՝ Թուրքիայի դերի մասին: ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ֆրանսիան Ռուսաստանին փաստացի մեղադրում են սեպարատ «գաղտագողի» գործողությունների մասին, իսկ Մոսկվան հակադարձում է, որ բոլոր մանրամասներին տեղյակ է պահել նրանց:

Մինսկի խմբի արեւմտյան համանախագահները փաստացի կասկածի տակ են դրել եռակողմ հայտարարության լեգիտիմությունը: Մյուս կողմից, Ռուսաստանի առջեւ դրվել է այս գործընթացներին Թուրքիայի դերակատարության հարցը: Այս պարագայում հետաքրքիր իրավիճակ է առաջանում: Ռուսաստանը մի կողմից դրվատանքով է վերաբերվում Թուրքիայի դերին, մյուս կողմից, սակայն, հատկապես քարոզչական դաշտում ներկայացվում է, որ Թուրքիան Արեւմուտքի դաշնակիցն է եւ Ռուսաստանը դիմակայում է նրա էքսպանսիային այս պարագայում Հարավային Կովկասում: Թեեւ, Ռուսաստանում քիչ չեն նաեւ կարծիքները, որ Մոսկվան ինքն է «ներս թողել» Թուրքիային, իր հակաարեւմտյան քաղաքականության շրջանակներում:

Թուրքիան ցուցաբերում է հակաարեւմտյան հռետորաբանություն, մասնավորապես Մինսկի խմբի հարցում, հայտարարելով, որ այն ունակ չէ լուծել խնդիրները:

Իսկապե՞ս ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ֆրանսիան տեղյակ չեն եղել ռուս-թուրքական այս համաձայնություններից: Չի բացառվում, որ այս պարագայում էլ փորձ է արվում կիրառել Ռուսաստանի ու Թուրքիայի «կրկնակի զսպման» սխեման, ինչպես Սիրիայում: Չի բացառվում նաեւ, որ դրվում է Թուրքիայի հարցը՝ Մերձավոր Արեւելքում, Արեւելյան Միջերկրականում եւ Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծված իրավիճակի պայմաններում: Ղարաբաղի պարագայում ռուս-թուրքական համաձայնության վրա կախվում են մի կողմից միջազգային լեգիտիմության, մյուս կողմից՝ Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչման խնդիրները:

Հայաստանն ու հայկական խնդիրները մանրադրամ են այս խաղում, թեեւ համարժեք քաղաքական քայլերի ու նախաձեռնությունների պարագայում մանեւրի ու ձեռքբերումների հնարավորություններ են առաջանում: Ո՞վ է զբաղվելու այս հարցերով:

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ռուսաստանի նախագահի` նախօրեին տված հարցազրույցից հետո ոմանց մոտ տպավորություն է ձեւավորվել, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վայելում է ՌԴ աջակցությունը: Ըստ այս տեսակետի, դրա մասին է վկայում Վլադիմիր Պուտինի այն հայտարարությունը, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին դավաճան անվանելն անհիմն է, կարելի է խոսել նրա թույլ տված սխալների մասին։

Սակայն քաղաքական գործընթացներին լավատեղյակ շրջանակներում համոզված են, որ ՌԴ նախագահը ստեղծված իրավիճակում փորձ է անում շահած դուրս գալ եւ հանուն իր կայսրության շահերի է առայժմ պահպանում Փաշինյանին․ «Ռուսաստանի շահերից չէր բխում տարածաշրջանում թուրքական գործոնի այսչափ մեծացումը, բայց եթե ստեղծվել է այս իրավիճակը, ապա Ռուսաստանը կփորձի հիմա իր շահերն առավելագույնս առաջ մղել»։

Մեր աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով, չնայած եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ խոսք է գնում Արցախում 1960 խաղաղապահի տեղակայման մասին, սակայն ստվերային բանակցություններ են ընթանում, եւ ռուսական կողմը ցանկանում է 14-15 հազար զինվոր ուղարկել Ղարաբաղ ու այդ տարածքները դարձնել իր պոլիգոնը։

Հետեւաբար, առնվազն մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 1-ը՝ հայտարարությամբ նշված տարածքների հանձնման վերջնաժամկետը, Ռուսաստանին ձեռնտու չէ, որ Հայաստանում վարչապետ փոխվի, ուստի ակնհայտ հարվածներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին չեն հասցվելու։ Հարվածները հասցվելու են ավելի դիվանագիտորեն, ինչպես Շուշիի հարցում Փաշինյանի սուտը ջրի երես հանելն էր»:

Against the huge stockpile of azeri armements, mostly russian and israeli, we were supposed to have a detterence, the famous Iskanders, Russia gave us against the first anti russian wave in the public in 2014-16.
It was ment to serve a s a deterrence, garanteeying a 100% hit on the oil and gas terminal of Sangachal, near Sumgait, operated by BP (UK).
If our existence was to be at risk, we were to hit that, with a huge financial loss, with minimal human cost, to the enemy and its financial partners.
It was accepted, that the perspective of such a cost for the UK, was the best garant of peace.
To be used, these systems needed russian cooperation, since guided by GLONASS, the equivalent of the GPS in russian hands.
Who did make sure, that the unfamous Iskanders would not be used by us?
This was garanteed before the launch of the turkish attack, giving it is green light.
