«Այսօրվա զորահանդեսը ցույց տվեց, որ մենք նոր զենք եւ զինամթերք ունենք, մենք տեսանք, թե ինչ են արտադրում մեր գործարանները»,- այդ մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է գեներալ-մայոր Արկադի Տեր-Թադեւոսյանը` Կոմանդոսը: Անվանի զինվորականը մասնավորապես նշեց հայրենական ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի արտադրած անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը:

«Նաեւ շատ հին սպառազինություններ արդիականացվում են: Եւ ամենագլխավորը մենք ցուցադրեցինք նոր գնված տեխնիկան, որ կա Հայաստանում: Ցուցադրվեցին C-300 զենիթահրթիռային համալիրները, որոնք թեեւ այնքան էլ նոր չեն, քանի որ Ռուսաստանն արդեն C-400 եւ C-500 համալիրներ ունի, սակայն տարածաշրջանային մակարդակով մեր համալիրները բավարար են պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու համար»,- նշեց գեներալ-մայորը: Կոմանդոսը նշեց ռադիոհամակարգերը, հրթիռային պաշտպանության համալիրները եւ շատուշատ այլ զինատեսակներ, որոնք ցուցադրվում են միջազգային ցուցահանդեսներում, անցնում են համապատասխան ատեստացիաներ: «Փառք Աստծո, որ Հայաստանն արդեն իր սեփական սպառազինություններն ունի»,- ուրախությամբ նշեց գեներալ-մայորը, ով հաճելիորեն զարմացած էր հայկական բանակի թե մարտական սպառազինությամբ, թե անձնակազմի բարձր պատրաստվածությամբ:

Նշենք, որ այսօր Երեւանում կայացել է Անկախության 20-ամյակին նվիրված զորահանդեսը: Հանրապետության հրապարակով անցել են Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի, ոստիկանության, ԱԱԾ-ի, խաղաղարար գումարտակի ստորաբաժանումները, զորախմբեր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից եւ ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմակայանից: Կենտրոնական հրապարակով անցել են տանկային, մոտոհրաձգային եւ զրահատանկային զորամասերը, ցուցադրվել են ՇՈՒՄԻՑ եւ 2ԿԱ-Ա-02 համակարգերը, նաեւ զորահանդեսի անակնկալը` հայրենական ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը, որոնք իրենց մարտավարատեխնիկական տվյալներով այս սարքերը չեն զիջում արտերկրում արտադրված նմուշներին:Զորահանդեսի հանդիսատեսներին ցուցադրվել են 122 եւ 152 մմ տրամաչափի շարժական հրետանային ստորաբաժանումները, «Կոնկուրս» համալիրները, ՏԵ-12 թնդանոթները, համազարկային հրանոթները, Դ-30, Դ-20 и 2Ա36 թնդանոթները, ՄՄ-21 համալիրները, WM -80 համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համալիրները, «ՏՈՉԿԱ» եւ «9 Կա 72»` ՍԿԱՏ համալիրները, ՕՍԱ-ԱԿԱ համալիրները, С-125 համալիրները, «ԿՐՈՒԳ» զենիթա-հրթիռային ստորաբաժանումները, նաեւ C-300 զենիթահրթիռային համալիրները: Իսկ «9 Կա 72» կամ ՍԿԱՏ տեսակի օպերատիվ-տակտիկական մարտավարական նշանակության հրթիռային համալիրները, որոնք հայ մասնագետների կողմից արդիականացվել եւ համալրվել են գերժամանակակից էլեկտրոնային միջոցներով, կարող են ճշգրտորեն ոչնչացնել մինչեւ 300 կմ հեռավորության վրա տեղակայված ռազմավարական նշանակության օբյեկտներ, եթե նույնիսկ դրանք գտնվում են խիտ բնակեցված վայրերում:

Հայկական կողմի համար կարեւորը որակական առավելությունն է, այլ ոչ` քանակական: Այս մասին այսօր` սեպտեմբերի 21-ին, անկախության 20-ամյակին նվիրված զորահանդեսից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

Անդրադառնալով հայկական եւ ադրբեջանական ուժերի հարաբերակցության խնդրին, նա հիշեցրել է, որ այսօրվա դրությամբ, կողմերի միջեւ հավասարակշռությունը պահպանվում է առանց որեւէ երրորդ կողմի միջամտության:

«Մեզ համար կարեւորը որակական առավելությունն է, ոչ թե` քանակական»,-ընդգծել է նախարարը, հիշեցնելով, որ այդ սկզբունքն է գերիշխել նաեւ արցախյան պատերազմի տարիներին:

«Մեզ համար կարեւոր է որակական ցուցանիշը, սկսած ամեն զինվորի պատրաստականությունից, վերջացրած ստորաբաժանումների համակարգված լինելով, ինչպես նաեւ ռազմական ոգով: Դա այն է, ինչ այսօր ցուցադրում են մեր սահմանները պաշտպանող զինվորները»,- ընդգծել է Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

We are small in numbers but we are not short in brains, or ballz! We have proven this to much in our history to go over it again and again for 86 new viewers. The babboon is going to see just enough to have respect. To show more is stupid

We did get a few new goodies and that is more then enough, remember the first war we fought with our bare hands! This after suffering more the 30,000 dead in 1988 from the quake. And Moscow at the time supported them. So what makes anyone here or the new fan base of 86 observers think we are weak now? This time it is going to be a different story! This time we will leave another mark on the ground!

But this one looks like the Armenian Tochka

it does, but still the crane of the missile works in such way just like in the photo you postedSo the missile needs to be like out of the box or the car. Just saying whole lenght wont fit in that vehicle if its in that angle . And the top of it doesnt look like the pic you posted now. I have no idea, i seen some pics of Tochka U where they have like a quarter of a missile sitting inside under the real rocket looks like a warhead cone. Not sure if thats the pieace and works for like a display or something, I am sure that you have the rockets for it just not sure about the ones on the parade..

Ռազմական փորձագետ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ներկայացրեց Անկախության տոնին նվիրված զորահանդեսում ցուցադրված զինտեխնիկան:
Հանրապետության հրապարակում, հիշեցնենք, այսօր ցուցադրվեցին հակաօդային եւ հակահրթիռային պաշտպանության С-300 զենիթահրթիռային համալիրները, ՆԱՏՕ-ական դասարկարգմամբ` Scud տիպի ռուսական արտադրության հրթիռները, Точка У տեսակի հրթիռները, որոնք կարող են մինչեւ 120 կմ հեռավորության վրա ոչնչացնել հակառակորդի շարժական ու անշարժ օբյեկտները:

Զորահանդեսի ժամանակ ցուցադրվեց նաեւ Հայաստանի ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի արտադրած զինտեխնիկա, մասնավորապես` անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր:

«Հայաստանը առաջին անգամ լիարժեք ցուցադրեց` իհարկե ոչ բոլորը, հարձակողական պոտենցիալի որոշ զինատեսակներ, որոնք իրենց հեռահարությամբ գրեթե հասանելի են հակառակորդի բոլոր թիրախներին: Ավելի ճիշտ` չկա նշանակետ, որի համար անհասանելի լինեն նշված զինատեսակները», - ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նրա պարզաբանմամբ, այդ զինատեսակներն են, մասնավորապես, ռեակտիվ համազարկային կայանները, մարտավարական Точка У տեսակի հրթիռները, 9К72 «Էլբրուս» օպերատիվ-մարտավարական հրթիռային համալիրները:

Այս վերջին համալիրների մասին փորձագետը հավելեց. - «Այս համալիրները բացառիկ են մի քանի իմաստով: Նախ` մարտավարական տվյալներով. 300 կիլոմետր հեռահարությամբ հասանելի է ադրբեջանական ցանկացած նշանակետին: Բացի դրանից, նման համալիրներ ամբողջ տարածաշրջանում ունեն միայն Հայաստանն ու Իրանը: Սակայն սա դեռ ամբողջը չէ. կոնկրետ «Էլբրուս» համալիրները Հայաստանում անցել են կատարելագործում»:

Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը փոխանցեց, որ Հայաստանում կատարելագործվել են նաեւ «ՕՍԱ» եւ «ՕԿԱ» զենիթահրթիռային համալիրները, որոնք մեծ նշանակություն ունեն լեռնային տեղանքում, քանի որ շարժական են:

Armenia demonstrated for the first time its tactical ballistic missiles, unmanned aircraft and other major weaponry on Wednesday in a military parade in Yerevan that marked the 20th anniversary of its declaration of independence from the Soviet Union.

In what was the biggest display of the country’s military might in five years, scores of troops as well as tanks, artillery systems, warplanes and other military hardware paraded through the city’s main Republic Square.

The parade, watched by Armenia’s political leadership and thousands of ordinary people, was the focal point of official ceremonies dedicated to the September 21, 1991 referendum in which the vast of Armenians voted for independence.

“Today, Armenia, notwithstanding all its problems, is an established state. That is proved by today’s military parade,” President Serzh Sarkisian told the troops lined up in the sprawling square.

“The troops, which will march through this square in ceremonial step, are contemporaries of our independence,” Sarkisian said before soldiers from all five army corps and a commando brigade of Armenia’s Armed Forces marched through the square.

Also taking part in the parade were units from Nagorno-Karabakh’s army, Armenia’s border guard and interior troops as well as the Russian military base headquartered in the country’s second city of Gyumri. More than two dozen warplanes and helicopter gunships roared overhead before a procession of heavy military hardware concluded the parade.

The main highlight of this demonstration was Russian-made 9K72 surface-to-surface ballistic missiles known in the West as Scud-B. The Armenian military was known to have possessed such missiles systems since the late 1990s. But it avoided putting them on display until now.

Designed for the Soviet army in the 1960s, Scud-Bs have a firing range of up to 300 kilometers, putting virtually all strategic facilities in Armenia’s arch-foe Azerbaijan within their reach.

As heavy trucks carrying them rumbled into Republic Square a parade announcer said the missiles have been modernized by Armenian specialists. He said they are now fitted with electronic guidance systems and can destroy enemy targets located “even in densely populated areas.”

The parade also confirmed Armenia’s possession of more short-range but precise Tochka-U ballistic missiles with a NATO reporting name of SS-21 Scarab-B. The Soviet Union developed and began manufacturing them in the late 1980s.

Azerbaijan demonstrated Scarab-Bs during a similar military parade held in June. It also featured Russian S-300 air-defense systems which Baku reportedly purchased from Russia last year.

News of that multimillion-dollar deal raised concerns in Armenia and Karabakh. Opposition groups there said it could seriously limit the Armenian military’s ability to hit strategic targets in Azerbaijan.

Military officials in Yerevan dismiss these concerns, saying that the Armenian side has more such sophisticated systems at its disposal and knows how to “neutralize” them.

Armenia officially admitted having the surface-to-air missiles last December when state television showed official footage of S-300 batteries test-firing missiles in an undisclosed location. S-300s were also paraded in Yerevan on Wednesday.

Defense Minister Seyran Ohanian insisted that Armenia is maintaining “the balance of forces” with Azerbaijan despite the latter’s massive military buildup fuelled by oil revenues. “What matters to us most is not a numerical advantage,” he said. “What matters to us is … qualitative standards ranging from soldiers’ skills to the interoperability of army units and our combat spirit.”

“I think you just saw what kind of armed forces we have,” a visibly satisfied Ohanian told journalists after the parade. “The main thing is that our armed forces were not just created for parades. They manage to prove their capabilities in practice.”

Azerbaijan’s leaders and President Ilham Aliyev in particular regularly threaten to forcibly win back Karabakh and Armenian-controlled territories surrounding the disputed enclave. Their Armenian counterparts insist that Baku will suffer another defeat if it attempts a military solution to the Karabakh dispute.

The Azerbaijani government plans boost military spending to $3.3 billion this year, up from $2.15 a year ago and just $160 million in 2003. By comparison, Armenia’s defense budget for 2011 is projected to reach only $400 million.

Armenia has sought to stay in the intensifying arms race with close military ties with Russia that entitle it to receiving Russian weapons at discount prices or even free of charge. A new Russian-Armenian defense agreement signed in August 2010 commits Moscow to helping Yerevan obtain “modern and compatible weaponry and (special) military hardware.”

The Armenian military also unveiled at the parade other, domestically manufactured weapons, including unmanned military aircraft, flamethrowers and multiple grenade launchers. Military officials say the drones were designed by Armenian engineers.

U.S. Leaders Hail Armenian Independence Jubilee

President Barack Obama praised “strong” ties between the United States and Armenia as he congratulated his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sarkisian on the 20th anniversary of the South Caucasus state’s independence that will be officially marked on Wednesday.

“As you celebrate this twentieth anniversary, we pay tribute to the historic bonds between our two countries that began long before Armenia achieved its independence,” Obama said in a letter made public by Sarkisian’s office late on Monday.

“As a nation that has been enriched by the contributions of generations of Americans of Armenian ancestry, the United States is proud to walk along the path with you toward further democratization, prosperity and peace.”

“The partnership between the United States and Armenia is strong and the friendship between our peoples is enduring,” wrote Obama.

For her part, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton reaffirmed on Tuesday Washington’s commitment to “strengthen the cooperation between our two countries” in a statement issued on the occasion.

“The United States values our relationship with Armenia, rooted in mutual respect and interests,” Clinton said. “Together, we are working to reduce poverty, expand trade and investment, promote the work of civil society groups and broaden access to healthcare.”

“Whether you celebrate with family, friends or loved ones, know that the United States is a partner and friend,” she added, appealing to Armenians.

Sarkisian has pursued closer ties with the U.S. since taking office in April 2008. While criticizing the Armenian government’s human rights record, the Obama administration has been supportive of his foreign policy moves and, in particular, a rapprochement with Turkey.

In a letter to Obama last month, Sarkisian said that U.S.-Armenian relations are now “stronger than ever before.” “We are determined to deepen and strengthen comprehensive ties between our countries in all areas of mutual interest,” he said.

Ahead of the independence jubilee, the Armenian leader has also received congratulatory messages from dozens of other world leaders, including French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Russia’s Dmitry Medvedev.

“I note with satisfaction that the basis of the historically deep and traditionally good-neighborly relations between Armenia and Russia has been further reinforced,” read the letter from Medvedev.
