Հայաստանի անկախության 20-ամյակին նվիրված զորահանդեսը հայերին եւ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին տվեց շատ հարցերի պատասխաններ, այդ թվում տվյալ համատեքստում Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի համագործակցության վերաբերյալ: Այդ մասին ասել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը` հոկտեմբերի 24-ին Մոսկվայի պետհամալսարանում պատասախանելով տիեզերքում Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի համագործակցության վերաբերյալ հարցին:

«ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակում ռազմա-տեխնիկական համագործակցության շնորհիվ ստեղծվել է մարտունակ բանակ, որն ի վիճակի է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի դեպքում պաշտպանել հանրապետության անվտանգությունը եւ ամբողջությամբ իր վրա վերցնել պատասխանատվությունը ԼՂՀ ժողովրդի անվտանգության համար: Առանց ռազմա-տեխնիկական համագործակցության հնարավոր չէր լինի Հայաստանում ստեղծել այդպիսի բանակ»,- հայտարարել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ տիեզերքի վերաբերյալ հարցին պետք է պատասխանեն գիտնականները: Նա հիշեցրել է, որ խորհրդային տարիներին Հայաստանում կուտակվել էր մեծ փորձ, տիեզերագնացները պատրաստություն էին անցնում Հայաստանում, երկիր էին այցելու այդ ոլորտի բոլոր հայտնի մարդիկ: Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոսքով, այսօր էլ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է զարգացնել հարաբերություններն այդ ոլորտում:

«Առաջին մայրաքաղաք» տեսաալիքի ղեկավար, Խարկովի քաղաքային խորհրդի պատգամավոր Կոնստանտին Գեւորգյանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասին ֆիլմ է նկարահանում: Այս մասին նա հայտնել է «Կոմսոմոլսկայա պրավդա» թերթին տված հարցազրույցում, հավելելով, որ իրենց նկարահանող խումբը վերջերս է վերադարձել Ղարաբաղից:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Analitika.at.ua-ն, օրերս Խարկովում վերահրատարակվել է պատգամավորի «Վտանգավոր գիրք. նացիստական քարոզչության ֆենոմենը» գիրքը: Գեւորգյանի կարծիքով, գրքի երկրորդ հրատարակությունը տարբերվում է նկարների առկայությամբ (նյութն ավելի լավ ըմբռնելու համար) եւ տեքստային մասի ճշգրտումներով:

«Դա շատ արդիական գիրք է, որը որոշակի նախազգուշացում է լրագրողներին, թե որ միջոցներն են լավ, եւ որոնք կարող են նստացնել մեղադրյալի աթոռին: Հիտլեր-գեբելսյան քարոզչության դասական օրինակները կիրառվում են նաեւ այսօր` մեր կողքին»,- ասել է նա:

burjuin, do you know what version of Shilka that is? It can't be the original 23-4-V, (1968) one right?

it seems we have the 2 versions that will benefit us most in artsakh, i found some info on them:-

ZSU-23-4M2, so called "Afghan" variant. Reequipment performed during the Soviet War in Afghanistan for mountain combats. Radar system was removed and night-sight was added. Ammunition increased from 2,000 rounds to 4,000 rounds.

ZSU-23-4MZ, fitted with friend-or-foe identification system. This variant was developed in 1977;

Azerbaijani soldier injures himself during military exercise

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. A soldier of Azerbaijani Army injured himself during the military exercises.

The incident took place at the shooting range in Mushfig settlement near Baku. Soldier of the Internally Troops, 19-year-old Elkhan Sharifkhan Aliyev injured himself as a result of careless handling of weapon.

Spokeswoman of the Internal Troops Tarana Mammadova told APA that the incident occurred as a result of violation of safety rules. The soldier was wounded in shoulder and hospitalized. Doctors said he was in stable condition.

Elkhan Aliyev was called by the Military Commissariat of Siyazan region.

Dodging army enlistment in Azerbaijan costs $6000, week’s vacation - $100

Military commissar of Azerbaijan's Masalli region, Lieutenant Colonel Akif Muradov has in fact turned the military commissariat into a market. He grants young people deferment of military service for a certain amount of money, Yeni Musavat reported. The newspaper noted that dodging army enlistment costs from 4.5000-5000 manats (USD 5.5000 – 6000).

The source said that the military commissariat demands a bribe even from men who have served in the army but have their military service certificate lost or damaged. It is noteworthy that Muradov refused to answer media questions about bribery and corruption.

A group of Azerbaijani citizens told Tia.az that commanders demand money for granting vacation to servicemen on the front. A week’s vacation costs from 50-100 manats (USD 60-120) and each vacation day in case of attending a wedding costs 150 manats (USD 180). The citizens told the editorial office that the length of the service is not taken into consideration while granting a vacation. Everything depends on a serviceman’s willingness and the thickness of his purse.
