I agree. After almost 20 years surrendering will never happen. It's just baloney talk to appease the azeris' propaganda machine, that's all.

This picture is too cosy for me.
I would have expected them to be at each others throat.
I wonder who is fooling whom? or they are preparing to fool us.

Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

Since when do we listen to what Alijev says we should be laughing at what he says and don't think it is worth the attention it gets.

i think thats what they were doing in the picture. aliyev said that Armenia was going to pull out and both Serge and Medvedeev began to laugh so aliyev joined in.

Serzh and Medvedev are playing politics, I'm pretty sure.

Aliyev isn't that polished to make such a joke. He probably just said, "hey Dmitri, pull my finger."

Baku refuses to withdraw snipers from contact line

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ A proposal to withdraw snipers from contact line was accepted both by Armenian and NKR leaders. The same can’t be said for Azeri leaders, MG OSCE Russian Co-Chair Yuri Merzlyakov told a news conference in Yerevan.

In his turn, French Co-Chair Bernard Fassier noted that the mediators haven’t yet managed to reach agreement with Azeri leaders. “Still, we hope Azeri authorities will agree to withdraw snipers from contact line, which is one of the most important conditions for security provision,” Fassier emphasized.

On December 4, 2008, 3 Foreign Ministers of MG OSCE member states proposed to withdraw snipers from contact line to increase mutual trust.
