the one vehicle (f16) cost from 15mln to 19, (information is from Wikipedia,and idk if its correct) so we can buy some of... i really dont understand what our ministre thniks, we have only su25 ground support

F16 doesn't make sense for armenia. Think about it. That would bind armenia closer to NATO, not acceptable for Moscow, besides why spend money, when you can get free superior fighers (than F-16) from russia.

Բացառված չէ, որ մոլդովական զենքը վաղուց արդեն Հայաստան է ուղարկվել: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցին հայտնել է իրազեկ աղյուրը, որը ցանկացել է գաղտնի մնալ:

Ըստ նրա` շատ հավանական է, որ մոլդովական զենքը Հայաստան ուղարկելու առիթով լրատվամիջոցների բարձրացրած աղմուկը եւ զենքի մատակարարման դադարեցման մասին հայտարարությունը ոչ այլ ինչ էր, քան եղածը կոծկելու, Ադրբեջանին հանգստացնելու ձգտում:

«Բացառված չէ, որ մոլդովական զենքը վաղուց արդեն Հայաստան է ուղարկվել: Բայց նաեւ չի բացառվում այն, որ ոչ մի զենքի վաճառք էլ չի եղել, եւ սա ընդամենը քաղաքական խաղ էր»,- նշել է աղբյուրը:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Մոլդովան այս իրավիճակում շահեկան վիճակում չի ներկայանում: Փաստացիորեն, պաշտոնական Քիշնեւը ոչ վստահելի գործընկեր դուրս եկավ:

Հիշեցնենք, ավելի վաղ լրատվամիջոցներում աղմուկ էր բարձրացել լատվիական Latspetsexports ընկերության միջոցով Հայաստան մոլդովական զենք մատակարարվելու կապակցությամբ: Մի քանի օր առաջ Մոլդովայի պաշտպանության նախարար Վիտալի Մարինուցան հայտարարել էր, որ մատակարարումը կշարունակվի, իսկ նախօրեին մոլդովական կողմը հայտնել էր մատակարարման դադարեցման մասին:

Լրատվամիջոցների տվյալներով` գաղտնի վաճառված լոտում կան «Կոբրա» հրթիռների վերստուգիչ 9В862, 9В863 համակարգեր, ինչպես նաեւ «Կոնկուրս-Մ» հակատանկային հրթիռների 9В871-3 համակարգ:

Այդ նմուշներից յուրաքանչյուրի շուկայական արժեքը գերազանցում է 60 հազար դոլարը: Վաճառված զինամթերքի մեջ կան հազարավոր «Ֆագոտ», «Կոնկուրս», «Շտուրմ-Ս», «Մետիս» հրթիռներ: Նրանց շուկայական արժեքը գերազանցում է 5 մլն դոլարը: Զենքի վաճառքի պայմանագրում նշված են նաեւ հակատանկային ռեակտիվ հրթիռների գործարկման թանկարժեք սարքավորումներ:

All this is the contribution of Armenia to peace.

Without having gone to these lengths the possibility of war would have been much higher.

We should be grateful to all those unsung heroes of such missions which are contributing to peace and stability in the region.

Now if we only get a formidable airforce during this decade, it will ensure the peace and stability in the region. They'd think 10 times before attacking.

Expert forecasts serious developments in Karabakh settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - The intention of Armenian refugees of Azerbaijan to build a town on liberated territories will increase awareness of refugees’ issues, also giving new impetus to Karabakh conflict settlement, according to deputy director of Caucasus Institute.

“Considering that the timing of town building initiative matched the start of works for construction of the second highway through the region of Karvachar, serious developments are to be expected, with Armenian side determined to intensify settlement of territories around the former Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast (NKAO),” Analitika.at.ua quoted Sergey Minasyan as saying.

On Friday, Nov 11, Yerevan hosted a presentation for construction of a new town of Bagaran on liberated territories, near the border with Iran. The town is meant for a population of 100000 with 20000 jobs to be created and free economic zone formed.

Also, Armenian refugees of Azerbaijani SSR, who were forced to leave the Republic in 1988-1991, are planning on formation of a structure to present their interests in international organizations.
