Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.
8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)
If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Azerbaijan joins the arsenal of weapons drone army of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic

Analitika.at.ua . recently on one of the Azerbaijani news sites appeared remarkable article entitled "The President of Azerbaijan promises to celebrate its anniversary in Karabakh." Trying to impress their readers responsible site is probably not very familiar with the modern history of Azerbaijan, not that they would know that Aliyev Jr. - not the only leader, handing out the promises associated with a particular sights of Armenia or Nagorno-Karabakh.
From this point of view, the most far-sighted and wise, compared to its predecessors, and so far only been a follower of the current president's father - the late Heydar Aliyev.
Several high-profile defeats of the Azerbaijani army on the Karabakh front was given to understand politics returned to the general of the KGB in retirement, that all attempts to use force against the autonomy of the former is detrimental to Azerbaijan. By agreeing to the conclusion of an armistice in 1994, Heydar Aliyev took the neutralization of political rivals and potential enemies, reinforced sole authority sovey families, improved economic opportunities and ensuring the inheritance of power, died in his bed, while at the height of his fame and power.
His predecessors did not have much long-sightedness of the "old fox" Azerbaijani politics. Promises a quick solution of the Karabakh issue by Ayaz Mutalibov setbacks at the front and internal strife was forced to flee to Moscow as a political exile, and Abulfaz Elchibey, dreaming to wash his feet either, whether the person in the waters of Lake Sevan, was forced to meet the sunset of life in Nakhichevan - in his father's village, who was sentenced to oblivion and solitude.
MGIMO graduate and former teacher, Ilham Aliyev, seems to have forgotten that history is repeating itself. Moreover, the military parade May 9, 2012 in Stepanakert proved that the NKR has all the features, so that you get for the current president of Azerbaijan, the fate of his predecessors. The best evidence of the influence of the military parade on the enemy was a strange silence of the Azerbaijani media. After a few hours on the Renaissance Square was enough to send the world a number of important signals.
First, the parade in Stepanakert has once again proved that the cornerstone of the defense of NKR is the unshakable unity of the army and people. Second, the important message was that, despite the non-recognition and the continued blockade of the Artsakh Sun successfully update and modernize military equipment.
Second, the presence at the parade a powerful rocket-artillery equipment, modern management systems, and battlefield intelligence showed that the NKR Defense Army is developing with regard to regional realities and the latest developments in military science.
Third, the high level of training of personnel.
And fourth, the parade in Stepanakert has shown that the superiority of the Artsakh soldiers over the enemy formed by awareness of the validity of its own affairs. In other words, the essence of 1988 has not changed.
On May 9 military parade in Stepanakert has been shown UAV, named "The Gift". This UAV was shot down by the Azerbaijani Defense departments Karabakh armed forces in the past year, and after the repair of military enterprises in the enlarged part of technology NKR Defense Army.
So nothing has changed. If in the 90s. only formed Azerbaijani army as a trophy from time to time supplied the NKR Defense Army tanks and other equipment, but now have upgraded to the petrodollars of the Azerbaijani army Armenian troops consuming drones, which are considered the most difficult to identify and defeat technology.
