Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Who's side are you on man? I was making a point nice to water it down, feeling better about yourself now?

So what do you think Clinton will say in Baku? " Hey Alieve how is your hair doing " ?

Maybe if we were all so serious we would not have to wait for anyone to talk! Talk about oil, ( Clinton ) " How is your oil wealth"

HA HA Clinton and your prez has been talking the same sheet for years, funny you did not point that out!

I wonder what she will ask in Baku....Ahhhh! Same sheet different day!

You think she will say the G word?

            Getze Hayastan!

              _____
basically, the 6 wounded have all very heavy wounds.
That means we may consider not 3, but 9 KO we had yesterday night.
They are taking advantage of a portion of front where they have the ground advantage, they choose the timing, use costly night vision equipment, well trained commandos, against poorly armed ordinary conscripts.
It is too easy, and would be repeated, unless something very painful done.
In Tchinari, our positions are very bad, due to the fact, that in 91-92 we did not manage to control the hills that are territory of RA, and they took most positions, control of irrigation dams, etc..., plus the terrain is covered with deep vegetation, helping dyversias.
The sector more to he north, against Nerkin Garmiraghpyour, is even harder, since geologically, there are some huge rock mountains, dominating our villages and lines, that are impossible to get by frontal attack, even diversions, etc..., it will cost too many lives.
The only way to solve the physical problem is to get much deeper in their territory, at least 10 Km deep, and surrond the territory, like a fortress: it would mean war.
So if physically we will not destroy these positions, the only way, is to hit them so hard elsewhere, so that we may have some calm out of fear we may inspire.
It is a fact, that the deterrence and the terror we inspired in 94 is no more.
We must make sure, their terror is renewed.
There are not so many options. Among others:
1- We may hit hard the clan state/oil sector pocket by stopping transit for weeks, by a targeted attack, wich will cose minimal human losses.
2- We may terrorise their actual elite troops, by wiping out totally an actual dyversia section, and showing their bodies on TV, as an example for futur candidates.
3- We may terrorise their HQ, by changing the frontline on an important sector, where we have the advantage, and capture a big chunk of terrain, in the process paying dozens of lives of our good boys.
4- We may hit hard their population, at such painful cost, that would sent thousands fleeing on the roads...

Given realpoliticks and practical aspects, I still think the most cost effective solution is the first one.
I am sure miss Hillary would understand, and not blame us...
              .....

The reply must be much more, than anyone in Baku can imagine we may do.
If not, there is no deterrence.
And if needed, the hell with their civilians.
Or Oil, or a town wiped out, far behind the lines.
If Israel is an exception, than it is maybe time to prove exceptions tend to be repeated, when equation is the same...
Killing 15 or 30 askars will give nothing more.
Unfortunately, the more you let time pass, the less you can act.
I still think the solution of March 2008 adopted in Martakert was the most efficient.
We should have called in immediate long range artillery fire on downtown Kazakh, or at least the villages they sleep in.

If this is so that means that they can't use this as well as they can't get Armor up those fecking hills. So in a strange way I do understand not doing anything as they can't make any headway into Armenia just make joke attacks. But that does not mean we can't put Commando units here! Let show them how we can handle a few monkies!

If it means war than fine, but 3 years from now is when Revenge will happen. We waited all this time for Revenge! What is a few more years?

                  No Vahram, that's not so.
They can perfectly use armor, if they decided to.
Not in the actual Tchinari sector, but most remaining portions.

This is their most dangerous position, domination all of the Davush district.
And there are 2 or 3 similar rocks all the long to Voskepar.
But this is a real natural fortress.
This mountain is far behind their lines.
They can use armor on all the ground around.

                  ----
                  Concerning revenge.
We do not need more losses to take revenge.
If the question was only the cause for revenge, we have 2 million reasons waiting for a century now...

For one thing we are not is tactical fools, does not stop us from crying does it now?..If it does please stop my heart ache ache sometimes I get sick of bing an Armo :-(

But for every thing they have we have 10X, yet still this does not make me happy! But I know one thing, the next war we are going to win too! This is not finished!

A toork is hiding behind one of my mountains and the Yahoodi is edging them on! Let them come everyone else has plans too! Let them come we will finish this one way or another!
