Անդրադառնալով հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի վերջին օրերի դեպքերինՙ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվական ապահովության բաժնի պետ Էլնուր Ասլանովը ասել է, որ «նման սադրիչ արարքներով Հայաստանը ձգտում է պահպանել ստատուս քվոն»: Մեկ անգամ չէ, որ Բաքվից ամենաբարձր մակարդակով սպառնացել են «ամեն գնով հասնել ստատուս քվոյի փոփոխության»: Ընդ որում, «ամեն գնով» ասելիս միշտ էլ նկատի է առնվում պատերազմի վերսկսումը: Իսկ ստատուս քվոյի պահպանումը, շատ հասկանալի պատճառներով, անհամատեղելի է սադրիչ գործողությունների հետ: Քանի որ չկա երաշխիք, որ զորքերի շփման գծում ամենասովորական սադրանքը չի վերաճի ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման:
Ո՞վ է դրանում շահագրգռված: Մենք հեռու գնալու կարիք չունենք: Էլնուր Ասլանովի վերահսկողությամբ գործող vesti.az-ը ադրբեջանցի երեք քաղաքագետի խնդրել է մեկնաբանել Հիլարի Քլինթոնի տարածաշրջանային այցը: Առաջինը գրեթե ոչինչ չի ասել, երկրորդը հայտարարել է, որ «Հարավային Կովկասում բոլոր հանցագործությունների հեղինակը Կրեմլն է, եւ Քլինթոնը Բաքու գալու փոխարեն լավ կաներ, եթե այցելեր Մոսկվա», իսկ երրորդը, ասես ամփոփելով նախորդների հոռետեսությունը, զարմացել է, թե «ինչո՞ւ են Ադրբեջանին Լեոպոլդ կատվի տեղ դնում»:
Ակնարկը շատ թափանցիկ է եւ հասցեագրված է Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղարին, որն ասել է, ընդ որում` հերթական անգամ, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդիրը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծում չունի: Ադրբեջանական քաղաքագիտական հանրությունն, ուրեմն, չի կիսում Քլինթոնի այդ կարծիքը: Հետեւաբար, Ադրբեջանում հակված են «պատերազմը անխուսափելի» համարելու: Իսկ ի՞նչ միջոց կա «անխուսափելիությունը» Քլինթոնին եւ ողջ միջազգային հանրությանը ներկայացնելու համար: Անշուշտ` զորքերի շփման գծում լարվածության աճը եւ մարտական բախումները: Ինչ եւ արել է Ադրբեջանը:
«Մեզ համար նույնիսկ էական չէ, թե ով է դիվերսիա իրականացրել, ադրբեջանցինե՞րը, թե՞ հայերը: Կարեւորն արդյունքն է` հայկական կողմից երեք սպանված եւ վեց վիրավոր եւ ոչ մի տուժած` ադրբեջանական կողմից»,- այս ընդհանրացումն է արել դարձյալ Էլնուր Ասլանովին ենթակա aze.az-ը: Էլ ի՞նչ է անհրաժեշտ, որ պարզ լինի, թե ում եւ ինչի համար են պետք սահմանային կամ շփման գոտու միջադեպերը:
Այնպես որ Էլնուր Ասլանովին խորհուրդ ենք տալիս որեւէ հարցի շուրջը հրապարակավ հանդես գալուց առաջ բացել սեփական ենթակայության լրատվամիջոցների կայքէջերը եւ ծանոթանալ, թե վերջին պահին «իրենց անունից» ինչ են ավելացնում պաշտոնական կաղապարից դուրս: Թե չէ ստացվում է, որ Իլհամ Ալիեւի աշխատակազմի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան «ուղեղն արձակուրդ է ուղարկում», ապա սկսում մեկնաբանություններ անել:Comment

Հունիսի 7-ին՝ հինգշաբթի, տեղի կունենա բողոքի երթ՝ վերջին օրերին Չինարի գյուղում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի կապակցությամբ: Երթը կսկսվի ժամը 11:00-ին Օպերայի մոտից (Արամ Խաչատրյանի արձան):
Մասնակիցները նամակներ կհանձնեն ՀՀ Նախագահին, արտաքին գործերի նախարարին:
«Հայազն Միության» հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես ասվում է.
1994թ. մայիսին հաստատված կեղծ հրադադարի պայմաններում, յուրաքանչյուր տարի հայ երիտասարդ զինվորները տասնյակներով զոհ են գնում ադրբեջանական գրոհայինների հարձակումներին: Համարվում է, որ հայկական զորամասերը համարժեք պատասխան են տալիս թշնամուն: Սակայն, վերջին տարիներին ադրբեջանական հարձակումների եւ դրանց արդյունքում զոհվող հայորդիների թիվը միայն աճում է:
Տեղի ունեցողը հատուցումն է այն անպատասխանատու քայլի, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական ու զինվորական ղեկավարությունը կատարեց 1994-ին՝ կիսատ թողնելով եւ հաղթական ավարտին չհասցնելով ազատագրական պատերազմը:
Ագրեսորին խաղաղություն պարտադրելու փոխարեն պաշտոնական Երեւանը թույլ տվեց, որ իրեն ներքաշեն անիմաստ բանակցային գործընթացի մեջ, որի միակ նշանակությունը Հայաստանին անհնար տարածքային զիջումներ պարտադրելն է:
Բաքուն, իր հերթին, շահած ժամանակը արդյունավետորեն օգտագործում է իր սցենարով պատերազմի ավարտը նախապատրաստելու համար:
Այսօր հաճախ ենք լսում Բաքվին հասցեագրված դատապարտման խոսքեր: Սակայն թշնամուն ամոթանք տալը ամենաանիմաստ զբաղմունքն է, որը նաեւ ցուցադրում է սեփական անճարությունը: Մենք իհարկե հասկանում ենք, որ շարունակվող պատերազմը ընդհանրապես առանց զոհերի չի կարող լինել: Սակայն դատապարտում ենք այն թողտվությունը, որը ադրբեջանցիներին օրեցօր ավելի լկտի է դարձնում:
Պահանջում ենք պետական, բանակային եւ դիվանագիտական ղեկավարությունից.
1. Անհապաղ վերանայել «պատասխան գործողությունների» մեր չափանիշը:
Թվաբանական համարժեք հատուցումը համարժեք չէ ըստ էության: Իրական համարժեք պատասխանը պետք է էապես ավելի մեծ լինի եւ ներառի ժողովրդագրական համամասնության, ինչպես նաեւ պատժիչ եւ կանխարգելիչ նշանակություն հաղորդող գործակիցները: Արդյունքում զոհերի մեկին տաս հարաբերությունը այն նվազագույնն է, որ կարող է ըստ էության համարժեք համարվել: Համարժեք պատասխանը, առանց վաղեմության սահմանափակման, պետք է վերաբերի նաեւ անցյալում պատճառված բոլոր կորուստներին:
2. Մինչեւ վերջին տարիների բոլոր կորուստներին համարժեք պատասխան տալու գործողությունների ավարտը դադարեցնել ամեն տեսակի ուղղակի, անուղղակի եւ միջնորդավորված դիվանագիտական շփումները թշնամի պետության եւ նրա հովանավորների հետ:
3. Երբեւէ այլեւս չքննարկել տարածքային զիջումներ պարունակող որեւէ միջնորդական առաջարկություն: Ապամիջազգայնացնել Արցախյան հիմնախնդիրը եւ ձեռնամուխ լինել բացառապես սեփական ուժերով դրա վերջնական լուծմանը, որը ենթադրում է
• Արցախի չբնակեցված եւ թերբնակեցված բոլոր շրջանների լիարժեք բնակեցումը եւ տնտեսական յուրացումը:
• Վերացնել Արցախի կարգավիճակին վերաբերող իրավական հակասությունները, այն ամբողջությամբ ներառելով ՀՀ վարչական տարածքի մեջ եւ վերականգնելով ՀՀ արցախաբնակ քաղաքացիների սահմանադրական իրավունքները:
• Ամրացնել պաշտպանական գիծը եւ պատրաստվել դիմագրավել Բաքվի նոր հարձակումներին, միաժամանակ հայտարարելով այն գինը, որն Ադրբեջանը ստիպված կլինի վճարել լայնածավալ մարտական գործողությունները վերսկսելու եւ պարտվելու դեպքում, դրա մեջ հստակորեն ներառելով առնվազն Գարդմանքի եւ Նախիջեւանի ազատագրումը:

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. A soldier of the Azerbaijani Army hit a mine.
APA reports that the incident was recorded in the frontline area in Terter region.
Soldier of the National Army, Niyameddin Shaleddin Mehdiyev, 20, wounded as a result of mine explosion in the line of contact with enemy troops. The wounded soldier was taken to the hospital.

Azeri attack
The next Azerbaijani diversion group is neutralized
On June 5, in the night, at about 04:15 the next Azerbaijani diversion group tried to enter to Armenian territory from Artsakh side, Horadiz region. As press service of Artsakh Defense Army Artsakh troops noted the approaching enemy and prepared for the battle in time. The diversion group was thrown to its initial position. The enemy suffered significantly. Armenian side has also had losses during the defense actions.
Armenian junior sergeant Vardan Robert Ohanyan perished during the neutralizing Azerbaijani diversion group. Soldiers Arayik Gegham Mavreyan and Volodya Yura Tsatryan are wounded.
This is the forth attempt of Azerbaijani diversion groups to enter Armenian territory during June. This index shows that official Baku does not want to achieve the peace solution of Nagorno-Karabakh issue. And moreover, it does everything to change status quo in the region.
Azerbaijani authorities and especially military leadership seems not to understand at all that their strategy is not effective and if it is continued it will cause unpredictable consequences for Azerbaijan.
Another diversion attack by Azerbaijan
On June 6, at about 4:15 am an Azerbaijani intelligence-diversion group attempted to enter NKR Defense Army’s posts in the southern region of contact line between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan, in Horadiz direction.
NKR forces halted Azerbaijan’s attack, with considerable casualties sustained by Azerbaijan. Casualties are also reported on the Armenian side. As a result of Azeri sabotage, Jr. Sergeant Vardan Ohanyan was killed and soldiers Arayik Mavreyan and Volodya Tsatryan were injured, NKR Defense Army’s press service said.

Third day of deadly fighting reported in Armenian-Azeri conflict zone
One Armenian soldier was killed and two others wounded while repulsing an attack by an Azeri unit trying to infiltrate Nagorno-Karabakh positions at around 4 a.m. this morning from the contact point in Horadiz.
The press service of the Karabakh Defense Army reported that the aggression was stopped, with Azeris also suffering losses. It added that this is the fourth attempt in June alone by Azeri forces to penetrate the borders with Armenia and Karabakh.
A day earlier, an Azeri unit of 15 soldiers reportedly tried to infiltrate the Armenian border near the village of Voskepar in the Tavush province but withdrew after incurring heavy losses.
Sources in Baku reported that five Azeri soldiers were killed and several others were wounded. There were no casualties on the Armenian side. The incident took place in the early hours of Tuesday, June 5.
A similar attempt was foiled on June 4 when Azeri forces tried to infiltrate the Armenian border near the Berdavan and Chinari villages in Tavush. Three Armenian soldiers were killed during the incident and several others were wounded.
The escalation of tensions along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and near Karabakh comes amid a continuing regional tour by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton whose itinerary included Baku, on Wednesday.
Clinton said she was very concerned about “the danger of escalation of tensions and the senseless deaths of young soldiers and innocent civilians” as she answered media questions at a press conference in Yerevan on Monday. “The use of force will not resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and therefore force must not be used. We are calling on everyone to renounce force as well as refraining from violence,” the U.S. official said, promising to bring the matter up with Azeri President Ilham Aliyev on a visit to Azerbaijan.
Armenian military authorities, meanwhile, reported continuing tension in the northeastern borderlands in Tavush where they said more shelling took place overnight.

Villages in Tavush are being shelled- Movses, Aygepar, and Chinar. It times for Armenia to bring in the big guns and shell the crap out of Tovuz and Kazak...if they are not already doing so.
