I want to get married in Artsakh too now, not only for the money but baby making traditions like this for a population that really needs it are a breath of fresh air

And concerning the threat of attack, when you know how to fight, you will not be afraid to fight. Humans can do so much with their lives, pursuing a variety of interests that enrich them, and the ability to specialize in defending themselves is no different. During times of peace, it is considered an art, during times of war, it is a lifesaver.
