Re: if war broke out
I don't think I know we are a very civilized nationality. Besides, what do you know about being civilized? I don't think you do know. I can say much more; but I will not, as I have to keep the class and the dignity of this fine Forum, so I choose not to stoop to your level.Originally posted by Palavra View PostIt is funny you think that you are more civilized than Kurds. Re: if war broke out
"NATO vs Russia?"
That would also involve China and Iran.... and would make WWI and WWII look like disney land. At this time any country in their right mind would stay out of wars on which Israel and the U.S. have a monopoly.

Re: if war broke out
escuchando maricon, Those days that you rolled in horse back from central Asia, and pick off some peaceful artisan and farmers who were pious Christians, been long over, everything that you have fate in is fake, Azeris don't belong there and are just introduced parasite that like your selves, destroyed and impoverished the most prosperous and culturally advanced country, the Byzantium Empire, The trash there was introduced recently by Nader Shah Afshar (Iran), the main city was Urmia which is now in Iran, before the Turkemanchai treaty which portioned off Baku(Ganjeh shaki Shiravan Nakhjevan Talesh, Yerevan) to Russia, and allowed people to breathe, The Urmiah was named after Uremechi in what is now China's Xinjiang province, perhapse it is time you packed up your bags and your goats and headed to the caves were you came from, and take Islam with you, the X rated Religion with virgins and Houries being the reward for a Faithful, it seems your paradise is a brothel as well.

It is a wellknown proverb in Turkey. At least by male population..Originally posted by Sero View PostOnly you Palavra, could imageine your own female family member with a penis.
Zoravar, I hear you and of course you make a great deal of sense in your observations above. I just want to add one more thing. Before the kurds attack and claim from turkey almost all of our mainland, we could convince turkey that it is more beneficial for them to give our lands back to us -at least Wilsonian Armenia - and have a much more civilized and profitable nation next to them, rather than backward kurds in tents.

- Cyprus will become one nation again (Greek) with a Turkish minority still there.
etc.etc. (all negative for your country)
Wishful thinking. Too simple predicitons for a complicated scenario.

All the Mig-29s, Tochka missiles, Israeli weapons etc. that Baku acquired recently need a lot of expensive maintenance. With the barrel of oil down to its present $40 price, a lot of Azerbaijan's military machine will be a rusting sitting loaded gun.
Unless Turkey attacks Armenia directly, Russia will not need to move a finger. Azerbaijan cannot defeat the Armenians (Russians have been ensuring that since 1991).
In case the Turks intervene and actually attack Armenia proper, expect a full Russian intervention with the following outcome:
- A defeated Turkish army that will retreat back to its borders.

And you are correct, if war breaks out between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Turkey will do no more than provide indirect support to their Azeri brothers. Direct military confrontation will be limited to Armenia and Azerbaijan.
That is an extreme case that will not happen. Russia will not attack Turkish soil as it will force NATO to defend its member (according to NATO charter).
A NATO vs Russia confrontation will quickly escalate into a nuclear confrontation in which humanity will have to sort out the ashes of the victor from the ashes of the vanquished.
Unlike Saakashvili, Aliyev is not a madman-puppet installed and controlled by Washington. He is wiser. Despite all his war rhetoric, he will not make the same kind of mistake that crazy Mike did. Aliyev's saber rattling is mostly for internal consumption/public opinion.Last edited by Anoush; 01-29-2009, 06:24 AM.
