I think this subject needs an own topic, to write about the scale of the corruption of Western entities (who try to teach us "something") in the Republic of Armenia.

In 2004, when I was completing a USAID funded project I had written and implemented, the then USAID Finance Director,invited me for a smoke on the USAID office balcony. He explained that he had 12 packages of USAID money, each £50,000 (total $600,000). He proposed that I write 12 projects which he would approve and sign off on agreement that I would pay him a 30% retainer (bribe) cash ($180,000). The rest of the money I could then put in my pocket without project implementation. I rejected his proposal, to consequently be black-listed by USAID. I have since found that the vast majority of donor organisations are inherently corrupt, including predominantly the World Bank and the IMF (http://better-not-wb-the-wb.blogspot.com/). This has been a prime driving force behind the escalation of corruption in Armenia throughout the developing years. Corruption will continue to flourish unabated throughout the Armenian regime until corruption within the donor organisations is acknowledged and challenged.

Russia Today must be having a field day with what's occurring in Georgia.

"Western Democracy" is often just a label for being a "Western Puppet" unfortunately. US has wrongly put itself in the position of deciding which country is democratic and which isn't.
